You try to call them and they will not answer the phone. This has happened to me the last two times I rented a car from them. Both times I booked the car over two weeks in advance. I'm not sure who manages that Flowood location. I have the name that I have found from research but I'm not going to throw it out on here until I'm certain. I've reached out to corporate and I have spent over 3 hours today with them, so far, to no avail. I'm shocked they can stay in business for this long. I know I'm done with them. My husband, a disabled veteran, was treated terribly by this location. He was just trying to follow…read moreproper procedures and let them know he still needed the rental while our car was being repaired from a hit-and-run. Instead, they took his keys, made him walk to the bank twice, and caused him to miss his VA appointment. Completely unnecessary, especially when they had our card on file from the insurance company already covering the rental. To make matters worse, they charged us $1,000 up front "just in case" we kept the vehicle longer--even though this is part of an insurance claim and the car is still in the shop. Our insurance stopped paying after 30 days, but industry standard is that the shop rate should be honored if repairs are ongoing. We're pulling our things out and returning the vehicle. It's cheaper and less stressful to rely on what we have at home. Absolutely would not recommend this Enterprise for anyone using a rental during auto repairs. 0/10 experience.
