Do not use this company. If it's the cheapest option, still go elsewhere (especially if actually getting a vehicle is important to you). I spent my entire day trying to get ahold of them to confirm my vehicle and when I finally did I was told that they didn't have my reserved vehicle, which was a van. 5 phone calls later I was provided an option to settle with so we drove there, waited in the parking lot thinking the 1 and only associate they seem to have had left (even though he said he'd be there) because the doors were locked to the building. Someone finally showed up and we found that the new vehicle promised was not at described and was completely useless to our trip. We ended up canceling and taking my personal vehicle across the country because I wasted my reservation ( 2 months in advance) with this bogus business. Horrendous, DO NOT USE!
