I asked if we could run down quick and exchange it out. She said no they were closing in 15 minutes.I explained we could be there in 5 minutes, she again said no .I told her I had to have my car by tomorrow I work second shift about 45 minutes out of town my only other recourse would be to call into work or get a rental car which I did not think was fair since this was her mistake .Again she told me I'd have to wait till tomorrow and her only solution would be to give me the money back and I can go buy a new part somewhere else,tomorrow , her words. I asked to talk to the manager ,she laughed and said I am the manager what can I do for you ? After reading many reviews I see I'm not the only one she has treated in such a terrible manner. If this had been my mistake or even if I hadn't had to work the following day it would not have been an issue ,but the fact remains this was her error and she wasn't willing to stay open an extra 5 minutes for me to exchange out the correct part. In fact lied to me and told me the men would have to go out in the yard to get it .When in reality they had the parts right there behind the counter.
