Waiting for them to arrive, I called the 800 number for Enterprise to see if the Enterprise car rental (right down the street from my hotel) had any cars available. They did. And they reserved one for me. But they closed at noon. It was 11:30. When I arrived at Enterprise, Maria was the only person working. She was cleaning, washing, fueling, renting all cars. And it was crazy. There were 4 customers in there after I came in. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I let her do what she needed to do and eventually, when she got to me (not her fault at all), she told me it would be a while because she had to wash, fuel, clean the inside of the car. I told her NOT to worry about it because I rode my motorcycle from Cincinnati, OH and it was a hot mess, I didn't care about what the car looked like. Watching her, she got it done, didn't flustered, didn't get frustrated or anything. She handled everything like a champ. When I got back into town the next week, she was kind of enough to take me 2 miles to the Harley Dealer to pick up my bike. If you are ever in Butte, MT and need a car, look up Maria. I called enterprise once we landed. Our bags were out in less than 10 minutes from us land. Ben picked us up. Did a walk around the car. Did the paperwork. He even came to look for us inside the airport too. He is helpful and very nice too. They are very thorough when they do the car walk around. That's a first. Still out there and it's been over 10 minutes. I do hope we don't get a Nissan. I have had 3 that have broken down on me, one was a rental too. The Toyota Camry we were supposed to get had some hail storm damage from earlier. It's a hybrid Hyundai, Pacifica or a pickup truck. They have to clean the hybrid since it was just returned. Ben is cleaning the car for us while we wait. Ben suggested visiting Missoula, has a nice river running through the middle of it. He gave us his history of how he came here from St. Louis to Helena. Ben is very warm and friendly and super cool! Off airport isn't too bad. Ben gave us the best car rental experience, ever.

Had booked a rental thru Priceline. Showed up to get car, after questions and being treated like a…read morecommon criminal, he told me I have to have a 650 credit score to rent the car. I was not told my credit was even going to be run nor that I have to have a above 650 credit score when booking it. He was not friendly and young kid, did not care my whole plans were ruined now and treated me like I was a criminal. Would NOT recommend.

My boy went to get Jeep tonight only to have a $925 bill and it still does not work the transfer case issue was never fixed and I was never given an estimate for the repairs. They never called me and let me know how much the repairs would be and I never signed an estimate. Do not use this shop I would give them a -5 . Worst auto repair experience I have ever had.
