Most weren't even answering their phones. Called Deshields, and they said they'd see what they could do. It took about an hour, but they ended up hooking is up with a great driver, who had a SUV that safely got us through the snowy streets to our hotel, with all our luggage and ski gear. Yan ended up working from 7 pm to 3 am shuttling stranded passengers from the airport to their hotels or destinations, and was back at 7 am to pick us up and take us back to the airport. Driver never once helped us with our bags even when we switched cars because the first had a gas leak. 3. Had to wait 20 minutes outside the taxi dispatch center until 2nd car arrived 4. Driver couldn't figure out how to adjust the seat, read the gas gauge or even clip his own seat-belt (which he asked me, the costumer, to do for him from the back seat?). If the above driver hadn't pitched a fit at the end of the 20 min ride ($103 cab fare) because I didn't give him a tip fast enough. This business would never survive in an area that had any competition. If you use them pray you don't get the old man Ernie for a driver. Stay away, pay the extra and use Karst!
