At my request, and without hesitation, the replacement car was brought to my home! It, too, had an odor, but not nearly as bad as the first. When I returned the car, they said they do have an issue with renters smoking in the cars even though they aren't supposed to. Maddy, Claire, Issa were all terrific. Easy to work with, no hard sell for extra insurance, etc, cut me a deal on gas due to the inconvenience of having to swap cars, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.

The BIG problem was the car had 1/4 tank of gas. I was in a hurry, so when they signed off on that....that I only needed to return it with a 1/4 tank.....I was like fine...whatever. I returned it with more...about 1/3rd of a tank. AND WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $200.00!!!! When I got home, I called them and spent well over an hour total on 3 calls. The Super who finally listened gave me back $128 of it. But my oh my that was just the beginning. I ordered a 'Rav 4 or similar'. I got a full size gas guzzler (VW Atlas) that was way to big for City driving. Since I was in a hurry, I did not notice that it was 20% covered in heavy bird droppings. Since I had a cold I did not notice that it smelled like Dope. (4 different family members noticed the smell). There were a few other nitpicks with the VW Atlas itself. (Don't buy one). But you get the picture. Epic fail by the location. Bad Customer Support to fix the main problem. Avoid Budget if you can. Avoid 1477 Main in Buffalo at all cost.

As we were coming out for a wedding we were worried about trunk space. They were awesome and sent me pictures of measurements of the trunk prior to our trip to make sure we packed accordingly. Everything went so smooth. They picked us up at the airport on time, and were waiting for us at the airport when we returned. They don't even overcharge for gas as we didn't have time to fill it up. Just pay the pump price (Can't beat that!!). There was 0 hassle and the car was amazing to be able to drive for a few days. I can't recommend them enough. We had a great time!!

I asked a simple question about overcharges on my bill, and instead of acting like a professional, he immediately spoke down to me like I was stupid and then started raising his voice. Zero respect, zero customer service skills. When I asked for his name so I could report the situation, he refused and said, "Good luck reporting me, I am the boss." That level of arrogance alone tells you exactly how things are run here. What made it even worse is that I actually saw him having a similar issue with another customer when I first picked up the rental. So this clearly isn't a one-time bad moment -- this is just how he treats people. Then as I was leaving the parking lot, he literally yelled after me that he was going to charge me extra fees and smiled about it like it was funny. Completely unprofessional, aggressive, and honestly pretty disturbing behavior coming from someone representing a business. If management acts like this when customers ask legitimate questions about charges, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of businesses out there that don't treat people this way.

I uber there and was now told I have to live in NY for that to apply. Wasted $60 on uber. Customer service was zero. Enterprise please train your employees to listen and know policy.
