This has became my go to rental place. Much better experience than the one on Transit. It was easier to rent a sedan than a SUV, since they don't usually have SUV on site, I had to call to ensure they have one before. This time it was in and out. The entrance is wired, I had to make a left turn in the middle of the road then immediately have to go uphill. I didn't park there, since it is a small lot shared with a collision service, too many banged up cars there. read more

My insurance company setup this rental up for me. So the process was easy. Upon arriving the service was good. This is the Delaware road location which is nice not having to deal with the airport. They had everything ready to go when we arrived. Just had to sign a few papers and out the door we went. My only thing is they do not have a lot of options of cars. I would use them again for personal use if need be. read more

Placed a reservation but when I called to confirm I was told that there were no cars available. I tried calling 3 different locations and was told nothing was available. What kind of company sells you something they do not have? How can a car rental not have cars? Ridiculous! Worst rental experience! read more

I hope I can give zero stars. I booked a rental last night for this morning at 8am. Show up with my 8 yo and they informed me they have no cars. No cars, no ride back to my house (a mile away). 30m before my son has to be at school and I have a sales appt 30m away. Terrible never rent here ever read more

I had to rent a car recently after an accident. I booked enterprise through my insurance company but found out after booking that they didn't have anything available at the location. I then had to call around quite a bit to try and get a car at another location, which ended up not having a vehicle ready for me (but at least they called before I came). Then I called back to this location and was told I'd get a call back later in the day, which I never received. I called back the following morning and finally got a car. Things have been smooth from there. The car did have a big scratch on it, but the woman from enterprise noted it. Other than that, things have been smooth. They've been very friendly and when I had to extend my rental and had no problems. They could also benefit from an answering machine. I called and listened to the same audio loop for 15 mins on one call and eventually just hung up. read more

My office is around the corner from this location, so we have rented from them quite a few times. The office itself is not welcoming - it's small and always seems a little grimy. Much more off-putting is the fact that they have now on several occasions not had a car ready for us when we arrived. There is usually a pickup truck or van that they try to foist off on us instead, but since we are generally renting a car to drive to Poughkeepsie, that isn't a viable option. My most recent experience was particularly terrible. Not only did they not have a car ready, someone had gone into their system and moved our reservation to an entirely different day. We still had the confirmation e-mail with the dates requested, but Jacob behind the counter didn't really seem to care. He gave the equivalent of a shrug and "meh" and basically said we could take a van or nothing. He was bad customer service personified. The only thing that saved this review from one star was the excellent service provided by Rob. He took note of our plight while Jacob was outside preparing the van, and called around to a couple other local branches to see if any of them had cars available. We were able to get one from the East Amherst location, and the day was saved. I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else to rent a car, this location is just too unwelcoming and unpredictable. read more

Holy smokes! DOES THIS PLACE SUCK! 1. I got a ticket for Inspection Expiration. 2. The car ran out of gas in less than three miles. 3. After the interior air freshener wore off it was impossible to drive in the car w/o the windows down because the car stunk so bad. The smell stuck to my cloths and I had three job interviews. I put plastic on the seats it was so bad. My friends would not ride with me! I got the manager to get in the car and he did not want to smell the cigarette residue smell. Jerk! 4. Every time I called the place they would not answer the phone. 5 days 3 times a day and always was put on hold. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! read more

What a crap show!!! Waited an hour to get a car. I called at 10:45 am for a car and scheduled for pick up at 1-1:30. After 45 min they still did not have approval from the insurance company. I would have thought Enterprise would have made sure they had an approval before their customer came to pick up the car. Instead it seem like the first time they even looked at my reservation is when I walked in the door. Still sitting here an hour later. This place is so poorly run. Another confirmed reservation customer is now being told there are no cars for him. Will never come here again. read more

New Honda Accord, affordable rates, and friendly service. A total winner in the rental car department. $50/day. We took the car into Canada and back without any problems. read more

Great customer service and the staff are really nice thank u guys for everything I would recommend them for ur next rental car

An hour and a half late and counting to pick me up. I live less than 2 miles away from the Enterprise office. When I called the first time they said the driver would be here in 5'-10'. My second phone call Ken claimed that the driver showed up and called but couldn't find me, even though I have been waiting by the window for the last hour. I have had much better results with the office on Main St. read more

Probably the worse place to rent a car from. Got a car through insurance. Kept calling for days to confirm reservation but no one ever answered. Eventually contacted the HQ and had them confirm. They even arranged a pick up from the collision shop. The day of pick up came and they were not prepared. I had to confirm and they thought I was gonna come in myself to get car. Finally get to their store to finalize reservation. Told them I would like a full size car or SUV as I'm a tall guy but they said I get what I get. So they give me a Toyota Corolla. Many Mark's throughout. I took notice of some Mark's but the guy claimed it was wear and tear. Inside was heavily sprayed with air freshener. Go inside to pay the deposit. Runs my card for double the deposit and says I would just get it back when I drop the car off. I started laughing as I couldn't believe how the day was going so far. The other guy refunded me the extra amount bit too bad it takes a few days to get that back. Now I got the keys, get in the car. I feel like I'm in a sardine can. Very uncomfortable. Notice the carpets are wet as hell. Within 24 hrs of having the car, the air freshener wears off. From that point on, all I smell is weed. I actually got pulled over by a sheriff at one point, who put his head into the window on passenger side to talk to me and he noticed the smell. Had me get out of the car to do a search. Explained to him it was a rental and this is how I got it. He advised to never use this company ever again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Hertz or another enterprise with good ratings. Thank God I'm finally able to return this crap and get my car back. read more

Cars are great. Service has really improved and staff are courteous and responsive. I'm a regular and the staff work to get me into my rental and out the door as quickly as possible which is something I really appreciate. read more

Poor service: I had to wait for them to stop vacuuming the carpet as they must have arrived late. Their IPad looked like someone drove over it and the attendant was going to cut himself on the shattered screen. They gave me a small three door car that couldn't have been a intermediate or standard size. The car was dirty inside with garbage in the door etc. They did not send me my copy of the lease. I had to call them twice to get a receipt for my payment. They need to make arrangements to pick up the renters and not have them walk across a very busy road especially during bad weather. I will not rent from this location again. read more

I've been with enterprise car rental for 5 years. I rented in 5 different states. I rented from this particular location more than 10 times. I had a platinum membership never had an issue until today. The lady behind the counter gave me a dirty look then went out of her way to ask me of two references and where I work before I can get the vehicle. As I protested and asked for the manager who told me that people like me do bad things so they had to make sure they have all my information even though I have a membership with them, so they can find me if something happens!!! I asked him if he knows what insurance and Police are for? he looked very dumb and agreed then that he was wasting my time and should go ahead and give me the vehicle. Please don't waste your time and money there to be disrespected and stereotyped. read more

I recently rented a car here at Enterprise and was totally impressed by their customer service from the Manager to the other staff. Great smiles, handshakes and a willingness to serve me-the customer! We visited at the beginning of July, 2017. They helped me even though I was earlier than expected. I could not believe how fast I was in and out when I picked up the car and when I dropped it off. They worked with me to give me the best deal for the time I would be in Buffalo. Kudos to the entire team. Keep up the great work! You made my car rental experience a pleasant snd memorable experience! Thanks! read more

Dropped off rental at 5 right before close, called first thing in the morning due to leaving house keys on the key ring and they stated I did not and they can't do anything to help find it. Keys do not just walk off of a key ring. If a customer is telling you they left something important like keys the staff should look into who checked the car in, cleaned it and had access to the keys. Very disappointed with the staff and treatment. Will never go back. read more

I use this location regularly and am usually very pleased, but the last two times I have encountered the same problem so I may need to change locations or companies which would be less convenient for me, but less stress in the long run. Both times when I arrived at the time I reserved the car for, they did not have one or it wasn't "ready" for me, so I ended up waiting 45-55 minutes while they brought it from another location and/or had to clean the interior or exterior before I could drive it off the lot. This set my schedule back for the day by an hour. I am not fussy about the make or model or color of car, so you would think when they have a reservation for 3p, they call to confirm you are still renting at 3p the day before, that they would have your car ready at 3p. Also, this last time I used my Enterprise points for a free rental and while I reserved an intermediate car with them, I got a Ford Focus which is more of a compact and when I asked about it because it was smaller than the Ford Fusion they noted in the car category as an intermediate I was told "Yeah, well it is a Focus". Since it was only me on this trip it was adequate, but I do prefer a little more room even in the drivers seat, but by 4p I was ready to get in just about anything so I could try to get back on track with all the things I had to do that I was now late for. When I mentioned the wait time to them when they asked me how the service was at the end of my rental, I was told I should call the day before to confirm that a car will be ready for me at the time I need it and to ask for the manager by name. Since they call me the day before I don't think I should have to do this extra step to make sure they are doing their job right, so I may just skip the whole thing and go to a different rental location, which would not be as convenient for me or just try a different company all together. I just find it sad when a walk in customer gets in a car faster than one with a reservation. read more

I've rented a car twice from the Delaware location. The staff was great. The second time, I was upgraded because they didn't have the full size car that I requested. I returned both cars after the office closed and I had no problems finding a parking spot and putting the keys in the lock box. read more

I often rent pick up trucks for work and return them dirty and they never give me any crap. (I don smash them or anything bad). If they don't have the truck I ask for they give me a baller Tahoe which is just as good for the truck price. I have had no reason not to go back they. The people working there are friendly and professional. read more
