    I was rear-ended on Tuesday, 6/22, and needed to put my SUV in for repairs. My insurance carrier…read moreset me up with Enterprise for a rental. I told the insurance company to please note to Enterprise that we need a large SUV because we are a 1-car family with 3 kids and we travel a lot together (with sports equipment, dance bags, pool gear, sometimes with the kids' friends, too). They informed me it would cost more than my coverage allows. I told them that was fine and that I would pay the difference; they made a note in the file. Wes from Enterprise met my husband at the shop the next day with a Jetta which was too small for our family. He told my husband there were no SUVs available and tried to talk him into just keeping the Jetta. My husband reluctantly agreed. We drove that for a week when the body shop called me to inform me on the progress of my vehicle, said it would take an extra two weeks at least, and also mentioned that there were larger Enterprise rental vehicles returned to their lot--which is right next door to the Flourtown Enterprise--that Wes and team just hadn't picked up yet. So I called back that following Tuesday morning after the accident (6/29) to ask Enterprise AGAIN for a larger vehicle. They said they would likely have something by 1 pm that day, by Wednesday at the latest, and they would call me back. They didn't return my call after about 6 hours, so I called them again at around 3 pm Tuesday. Wes picked up and said they still didn't have anything and he would call me when they did. I asked if he knew my information in order to call back and he said yes, he then mentioned my name, and said all of my info pops right up on their caller ID. I called back the following afternoon, another 24 hours later, when Enterprise still hadn't returned my call with an update. This time I spoke to a women. I told her my whole story, that I needed the SUV a week ago when we initially dropped off our car, we'd take any of the larger vehicles they have (even the really big ones), reiterated that we'd pay the difference, we could go to another location to pick it up, I needed it by Friday at the latest, etc. She told me she would look into it and call me back. She again didn't return my call for another 5 hours, and it was nearly closing time when I realized they hadn't called me back yet. So I called them. I held for a minute or two, someone picked up, and then hung up. I called again, the same thing happened. I called a third time and a fourth time. I kept getting through the recording to the ringing and then the line was picked up and disconnected. I figured whoever was on the other end of the line was just waiting 10 more minutes until 6 pm when they could shut off their phones. But I then called the Glenside location, had the same recording and ringing and someone picked right up; I asked them to please transfer me to Flourtown because there was no other way I was going to get through as they kept disconnecting the line. They transferred me and finally Wes picked up and said hello (because the call came in via the Glenside office, he didn't see my information on his caller ID). He sounded perturbed and just said with a sigh..."We still don't have anything." I told him it's really not great to hang up on customers and informed him I'd be writing this review about my whole experience. He said none of the surrounding offices have an SUV and blamed the holiday weekend for inventory being low (it wasn't a holiday weekend when I first requested the vehicle). This time, I hung up on him and called the Plymouth Meeting location. I spoke to someone there who said she'd have an SUV for me by 3 pm tomorrow. I just wanted to share this horrid experience with the Flourtown location, namely with Wes, who apparently thinks it's ok to snub customers instead of trying to address their concerns by calling the other locations himself. If you're stuck renting through Enterprise, pick any location but this one--or you may find yourself being ignored and hung up on repeatedly instead of finding any lick of customer service whatsoever.

After looking at their shop from the inside and seeing them in action I decided to give them a shot. Right away, they noticed that I had work done to the car and talked about how that paint wasn't right. It looked exactly the same to me, but they pointed a few things out. That expertise was enough to earn them my business. Once the car was done, I took my car to Allentown a day or two later and a reflector fell of the car. I contacted the shop and they said it couldn't have been from them, but I really thought it was. They gave me a deal on the new part and put it in for me though. It was only a few bucks, but I think they still should have eaten the cost. I'm like 90% sure it was their fault, so I'm not too mad. It was their fault though...

Foster said that they had to replace one door and handle but they could fix the second door. The other shop I went to for a quote said both doors needed to be replaced Well, both doors look perfect - the one that was repaired and the one that was replaced so Foster was right. Work was completed on time and for a very fair price. Highly recommend them if you need auto body work done.
