Literally none. You have to call a cab company (that only has 2 cars) to come and get you and if you're lucky you get a ride in 30 minutes or you glom onto someone else's cab for a ride share. Also, I didn't know they were closed on Sunday. I was hoping they would at least make up for everything by taking us to the airport... but no one was home. Also, the transmission was going out on this vehicle; It wouldn't switch from 1st gear into any higher gear until it had been running for a bit. Loved the kids who checked me in; very friendly and helpful other than stated above. I got a good corporate rate so it's not like I paid a pile of money, but it could have been a much better experience. Even though Thrifty (which was the ONLY car rental company at the airport) wanted 2.5x as much money, I probably wouldn't go to this Enterprise location again. It's just too much of a hassle. It's almost 6 miles to the airport with no shuttle offered and no other transportation available. Save yourself the aggravation and just fly directly into Grand Island or wherever else you're going in order to save on your travel time... not worth it.

All necessary repairs were made by the service team at no additional cost to myself, and I was even offered a courtesy vehicle to drive in the interim. They even dropped my vehicle back off at my house and returned the courtesy vehicle when repairs were finished. Jason in sales and Chris in service were the saving points of this dealership and I am very appreciative of them both. Thank you for turning this around. If this level of service and care had been employed when my issues had first been reported, I would have happily given this dealership a 5 star rating.

Additionally, the rates and discounts at the location are once again, poor at best. Even when I rent as a BlueChip member, and add my spouse, the location charged me $10 a day for the extra driver, when it is a known benefit of the program that spouses can drive for free. I was supposed to get a call from the customer service department about waiving the fee, and never did. Finally, during my last rental experience, I rented a mid-size and received a compact and when I inquired, I was told it was all they had, and that there would be no credit for the downgrade. Not the kind of customer service one would expect. There is no doubt that they have a monopoly on any rentals at the airport, and so if you must use them, I suppose do so...but don't expect much by way of customer service or in terms of competitive rates. They charge what they want and treat you the way that they do, because they know they can.

We had been to 3 other places who did not have the size tire we needed for our Scat Pack Charger. The 3 places we checked even tried to find what we needed at a shop in a neighboring town. When they couldn't they recommended us to go here. The 2 guys at the front desk couldn't care less about helping us. They said they had 2 walk ins and didn't even bother trying to see if they had the tires in stock. It was 1:30pm. We left and went to a shop of similar size. We told him about this shop and he chuckled and said he has taken up to 20 walk ins before. Go figure. I'll leave a positive review for the other shops just for making an effort to help us. Coming from Vegas I could imagine that lack of effort, but a small town... very disappointing. I'd give my business to another shop.
