We seriously assumed that intrusion would be dismissed along with anything either parent said disparaging the other. Nope. Until Hershey Penn State Medical Center takes responsibility for patient-harming actions by staff, and says so- really, really recommend going elsewhere.

All we can say is either something changed, and radically, or there is a communication problem so severe it is dangerous. When things go south they don't just stay south, they leave for the equator. There is simply no one to speak to. Some excellent, beautifully communicative patient care reps certainly make the attempt to help. There's a huge gap between what they may do and what docs see as their duty to communicate. To this day our now 19 year old son is grappling with brain trauma. Long story. True story. Dislike leaving such a dramatic review but it was such an upsetting few months and remains so. No one responded despite our reaching out- and all the way to the top. Because this center dropped the ball we've had a tough time getting good care elsewhere. Weirdest, most baffling, most upsetting medical experience out of 4 kids. Well, our worst. Just be careful. You could have wonderful care, like we did when we went there years ago. We sure will not be back.

Dr. Chang is a very experience Doctor but 90% of the time you will deal with his team and that is a Nightmare. His Nurse Cindy Snyder is very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this group. In our opinion, they do not meet Penn State Medical Center standards.

"Abby" - the person who took me back - was friendly, engaging and reassuring when my BP was a little high. Dr. Silvis was thorough, thorough, thorough! Advised me of additional vaccines I might want to consider because of my age, and spelled them all out for me. When it was time for other blood work and the vaccine - Abby came back in and handled everything so well. Then, as I was ready to fly out the door, David suggested I make my next appointments while I was there, which included more labs for next year BEFORE my annual, and the Shingrex shots to do over the next few months. This was THE BEST experience I've ever had at Palmyra. THANK YOU!!
