Of course with it being my child I was super nervous & on edge. The staff was great about explaining things, keeping us updated on my sons progress & timeframes. Everything was kept very clean. The staff were quick to "turn-over" rooms/patient areas when a patient was moved from one area to another. The anesthesia team were superb!!!! Everyone communicated & worked together perfectly. They have sick hours and 2 offices that they make a lot of extra appointments now to try and make as much room for everyone that they can. We have a main physician we see, but we've also seen others and we've had no issues with any of them. My kids love them, we love them, and we still recommend them to others. Are they 100% perfect? no. Is anywhere? no. They're HUMAN. The grass is greener where you water it.

As someone who chooses to self-pay rather than pay extremely high monthly premiums for a family plan, this was really frustrating. With recent changes, many families no longer qualify for subsidies and are facing very expensive insurance options, so choosing to self-pay is becoming more common. Because of that, it would be really helpful to see more practices offer options for families who are willing and able to pay directly for care. I was also told vaccines are too expensive without insurance, which felt a bit assumptive. Many self-pay families understand the costs and are prepared for them. Sharing this so other parents who are self-pay are aware before reaching out.
