The lady who answered gave me two options and I said I would try both in store. She said sure and that I should come asap or after 6pm because she had break. I said sure and went after 6pm. When I got there I mentioned I had called and picked up the shoes I wanted to try on because have an all white party to go to on FRIDAY. She went and got the box with the other shoe and I fell in love with the Pleaser feather ankle heels, I let her know that I'd browse while waiting for the shoes to be packed up. However I never saw her leave the floor again. The was another body in the store so I didn't think much of it but when I got to the counter to pay I noticed there weren't any shoes on said counter but didn't think much of it. I happily left the store after paying in cash and confidently declined a receipt because I was happy with my purchase when I got home to show my roommate noticed that the shoes were dirty when I went to put them on. Not the feather parts but the soles themes elves were dirty. Fast-forward to today. I just called and asked if they have any more of the same style, but in a size 7 told them the situation and immediately was greeted with accusations well no because we only keep the smaller sizes on the wall. First off, let's not try to ignore the fact that mistakes don't happen so there definitely could've been a possibility that there was a seven on the wall because someone had accidentally put it there. I understand that, however clearly the shoes have been worn and not by me, I'm a student. I also have three jobs. I didn't have anywhere to go last night I went home. Also, it looks like these have been worn a couple of times because even if I just wear them once it wouldn't be dirty like that there's also a little rocks on the inside. I also wasn't wearing any make up and that make up doesn't match my colour at all. I politely let the lady know that she wasn't there in the store with us, so how would she know that the shoe I tried on wasn't the one from the floor? NOT only that, but if there are other people coming into the store to try on a size 7, because only a size 6 is on the floor wouldn't that mean that the shoes have been worn by other people???????? If so there should be a discount!! all I wanted was an exchange but all I got were accusations and she said that it sounded like buyers remorse. I was really stunned by that remark but I really like the shoes. I love the shoes actually I just don't like how they are dirty and how I paid 148$ for them in THAT condition. I work at the Stag Shop so this experience is really jarring to me. I would've bought from the stag shop but Seduction was the only place that had these. I checked. I never wanted the money back, I just wanted the quality of shoe that I paid for. This experience caused me a lot of anxiety. I will be sharing my experience and pictures with others. I would also like to thank that lady yesterday for good customer service aside from giving me dirty shoes. I'll donate these and get another shoe for my event. I kept going back because of my good history there, but the last three times I made purchases there, they ended up being SO UNCOMFORTABLE. They're so clearly not my size. I've almost started crying in the middle of the day because of how bad they felt. I gave them all a few tries because the sales people insisted that they would stretch and become comfortable. The worst thing is when I went one last time to try and show them how badly my last purchases were fitting. The woman was SO RUDE. I think that she's the person who runs the store, now? I didn't even get an "I'm sorry you were uncomfortable." She bared said a word, just frowned at me. Then, when I put on the bras to show her (the one I put on had a cup that was at least 2 sizes big, it dug into my arm pits and had a ton of extra space below the breast) she just told me that it fit properly. I've been buying specialty bras for over 20 years. I have some idea of how they should fit. She just frowned at me and said that it fit. She didn't offer to show me a different size or try to fix it the situation at all. I was insulted, dismissed, and made to feel like I was the problem. I promise that I wasn't being rude, even after my third and final bad purchase. I just needed her help to fix the problem, but apparently she found this to be an insult and could barely be bothered to look at me. All she did was tell me that I was wrong for being uncomfortable. I hope this place closes so people aren't treated the way I was.

They're either mind readers or they only carry very nice lingerie because I tried on 8 bras and out of the 8, 5 fit absolutely perfect and they are super sexy bras! I will now be forced to just shop bordelle on their website and just pay the shipping because there is no longer any incentive to get my shopping done at SFYS because they gatekeep TRYING ITEMS ON which is a basic integral purpose of in person retail shopping. Good job making yourselves obsolete and excluding your customers from an experience that has always been simple to provide. Asking someone to pay $85 upfront just to try on an item they're clearly about to purchase who has already spent over $2000 in your store is not a business practice I would suggest if you want customer loyalty or basic comfort in your store. It seems like being exclusive and pricing your customers who can actually afford to shop there out of the enjoyable experience of shopping there. Get new management or change your policies. The Staff were very friendly & honest. The sizings we had were spot on, and we were brought a plethora of very nicely fitting, and differently priced bras to choose from. We both bought a few very beautiful & comfy bras, and took cards with us to pass on the info to friends & family. The bras here are of course more expensive than you'll find at any department store, but we found them much more reasonably priced than some of the other places we tried. We'll be going back (but not for a while, cause we stocked up!)

Imagine thinking it's reasonable to charge a shipping fee for something that was never shipped (and was an order that qualified for "free" shipping, no less), or a restocking fee for something that never left the shelf. I contacted their customer service (Laurie from online sales) expecting a straightforward resolution -- either a refund or an exchange for another item of equal value, which is completely reasonable and protected under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act and Sale of Goods Act. Instead, I was told I could only receive the same defective product again or pay more to "upgrade" to a different one. Even after following their instructions to destroy the defective item and providing proof, they still refused to issue a fair exchange or refund. I politely reminded them that their internal policy does not override Ontario consumer law, but they refused to comply and ultimately brushed me off with a "thank you, have a wonderful afternoon." It's extremely disappointing to see a retailer operating in Ontario ignore basic consumer rights. I've since escalated the matter to the payment provider and will be filing a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario so this pattern doesn't continue for other customers. If you value fair treatment and customer service that respects consumer laws, I would recommend shopping elsewhere!
