We were trying to book for our daughter's wedding and kept getting the excuse of "we're in transition." I understand moving locations, but when a customer from out of town is trying to come by multiple times to look at colors of linens during the business hours listed on the website and no one is available to help, that is a problem. On Sunday, I had requested an appointment for Thursday, called, emailed and took off work to try to efficiently make multiple appointments in the area, and was called on Thursday by the owner George Torres while already driving and told that no one was going to be available for me to stop by and that I could come back the following week, if I wanted. Then, my quote that they had sent me was removed, even though I have pictures showing that it wouldn't expire until June 9th and had not asked them to remove the quote. So I sent in another quote request the next week with no response, tried calling multiple times leaving a message to please provide me with a quote with no response again until I finally emailed asking someone to please reach out to me to schedule an appointment to look at linens. The other owner Nina Torres called and told me that they thought my quote request was "a mistake" and had already booked 2 events for that same day with people who had been previous customers so " I guess that's for the best," she said. Well, I guess they aren't looking for any new customers and won't ever get my business or recommendation. Horrible experience!

Every year (non-Covid times) our elementary school has a field day for the kids. Due to the size of our school, we have multiple stations to rotate the kids though. One station is in our gymnasium where we get 4 huge inflatables. The kids love it and it gives them a break from the heat outside. This year, we tried something new and did a winter wonderland theme for the end of the year parties (before winter break). We booked again for more inflatables and again we had a lot of happy kids. -They are so easy to work with. You just call up and tell them what you need and you have a quote usually within a few minutes. Tracy usually mans the phone and she is just fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and super nice. -I've worked with them for school things. Both from the PTA side of things and helping with school planned events. They work with our school schedule and always have everything ready to go bright and early when the school day starts. -They are very affordable. We have always been pleasantly surprised to see what we are getting the day of, especially for the price we have paid. Sock Hop delivers on their end 100% of the time. -Every time we have used them, they come set everything up and come take everything down for you. It's included in their price, so you don't get a hidden bill after the fact. Overall, I 100% recommend this company for your inflatable needs. Sounds like a match made in heaven ;) The manager greeted me when I came in the door and gave me a full tour of the store and even told me about the antique garage doors that they found encased in brick from when the building was a grocery store a gabillion years ago and are now using as display walls. The store was brand new (I'm pretty sure they had just opening it the previous week), so there were some glitches. The computer system was tied remotely to the south store and so there was a lag in the checkout process. But everyone was friendly and I felt no frustration at all as they assured me that they were making things work with the new location. Got home and tested the projector with my laptop; we are a go! All in all a good experience so far. Unless they call me nasty names when I return the equipment, they've earned their five stars :D

We got there and the rental fee was over $5600 for a mid-sized PA Barringer X32 and bac-kline. Dejected we headed straight to Rock and Roll north very close by. The gentlemen helped us right away and got us a very similar sized system (Barringer X16, we did not even need the X32) for 10x's less for a whole week. The board for Barringer X32 sells for $2200.00 ! GO with a name you can trust in this town that won't take advantage and gouge you: ROCK AND ROLL RENTAL ROCKS !!!
