Most were in the same ballpark, one was absolutely ridiculously high. We cannot say enough about how great the project went as it was not easy to access the trees. The men arrived and worked non stop to complete the work. It was amazing to watch at this included using a crane that lifted tree branches and trunk up and over the house. When I called him this past spring he said he was coming, then he claimed he was sick, then he was looking for help. Not what a businessman does to maintain customers. After speaking to many of the people I recommended him to they claimed they were having the same problem. After waiting until my lawn was a forest I called again. I was told he was giving up the business. That's fine but don't string your customers along in the height of the season. I was able to get Mannys Magic Hands which I reccomend highly.

Spent a LOT of money on a pool project with patios, steps,…read morefirepit, and landscape lighting almost 2 years ago, only to have major drainage issues, sinking pavers, chips, etc. It's so disheartening, embarrassing and frustrating to hear from other contractors or masons I've had onsite (since Kris was last here), that I have a set of steps from my house that won't pass inspection, that nothing is pitched properly, that the worksmanship is so piss poor that its the first thing they notice walking into my backyard. Its true, there are barely any clean cuts or straight lines on any of the pavers around the pool. The steps up to the pool is a huge hot mess of an issue. They dumped river rock all over the place without putting any material under to prevent weeds, they ran drainage systems without coverings, etc. I spent close to a 100k, and will spend tens of thousands more having it all excavated and fixed in the future. Excavated because they told me that Kris is notorious for not using concrete footers. All of his workers sit around and look at their phones all day, except for the Latin American guys who bust their ass. I dont want them back to fix anything, we tried that, and it made things worse. Not recommended at all.

We had to put our rental property on the market, but our landscape and perimeter of the house was a…read moredisaster. I interviewed a few landscapers and settled on Artistic Bamboo. I told Ken what I wanted and he said he could turn our property into the envy of the neighborhood. I was skeptical at first. I needed flowers and shrubs. The side and rear of the house were just ugly dirt and gravel. I wanted a side patio of pavers and rear walkway to cover up the dirt and gravel on the sides of the house. A walkway from the rear walkway to the rear deck. There was a shed with a cement walkway that had to be removed. This was no small task. They tore down the shed and cement walkway and cleared out and leveled out the rear yard. They had to remove over 20 yards of dirt and rocks. They had to move a small tree from the middle of the yard to the corner. They planted new flowers and shrubs with existing ones put down new sod . Then install all the hardscape. It was quite a task. When it finally was finished I couldn't believe it was the same property. Now when buyers come to see the house the first thing they look at is the beautiful new yard. Ken and his crew at Artistic Bamboo did an incredible job. I would highly recommend them for all your needs. Thanks Ken
