I cannot say good enough things about Chris and his team at Hernandez' detailing!!! To start off I had 3 cars that I needed to get detailed inside and out, and Chris worked with my schedule to fit in a date and time that worked. They were communicative and even arrived to my house 5 minutes early, ready to start! Once they started working they knocked out all 3 cars back to back with no breaks. I was impressed! As for the service.... The attention to detail they put into cleaning the inside of the vehicle was impressive. Stains and marks that I've had for years and thought were permanent, they removed. All the dirt and dust in small crevices gone! As for the outside, the car had (still has) a great shine and glare! After each car was finished Chris walked me through the car showing me everything and if there was a spot they were unable to remove he made sure to point it out. I had contacted 4 mobile detailers in total but Chris offered the greatest price and for their work I would say it was worth every penny!! He was very responsive at scheduling my 2 cars for a Saturday detail. Really worked with my schedule and reached out to let me know someone cancelled their morning appointment the night prior. I was able to take that appointment for my 2nd car. Thank you! Now let's talk about how punctual they are. He gave me a window time for arrival which is perfect for me. Said he would arrive between 8-830 and he was there at 8 am on the dot. Him and his cousin got started right away on my Honda Accord. I found these guys through someone's Instagram story and figured, why not give them a shot? I messaged them and got a response right away. From the start, they were super professional and friendly. They showed up early (arrived at 9:51 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment!) and got to work right away. They spent about 2.5 hours detailing my car inside and out, and let me tell you--it looks brand new. You can really tell they take pride in their work. What stood out even more than the quality of the detail was how charismatic and genuinely kind they were. Super respectful, down-to-earth guys.
