When I raised concerns about my broken kitchen table, a crew member dismissed the issue by suggesting it was poorly assembled and would have broken eventually. When I reported wall damage and other issues to both the crew supervisor and Customer Care, I was simply told to file a claim without further assistance or accountability. As a result of this move: My kitchen table is unusable My son's dresser is damaged beyond use My home, which I am currently preparing to sell, now requires repairs due to wall damage I had to hire an additional moving service to move items your crew refused to move due to lack of proper equipment. To repair and replace the damaged items with something of comparable quality it will cost me almost $4,600. They only offered me $830, yes you see that correctly, $830 for all of the items damaged. I would not recommned them to anyone.

One told us he had only been working as a mover for two days. They also repeatedly said they were not provided the equipment needed to work efficiently -- only one dolly and no proper way to protect mirrors or TVs -- so several items were not moved at all. Since we were paying by the hour, I don't believe we should be responsible for extra time caused by the company failing to properly equip its crew. My wife and I ended up moving a large portion of our belongings ourselves just to keep things moving. Everything was already packed and ready to go, and even after picking up items from storage, the 26-foot truck was only about 3/4 full. Despite that, they estimated another 3.5 hours just to unload and initially quoted us around $1,800. They finished around 2:30 PM but attempted to record the finish time as 3:00 PM, which I had to dispute. I still paid about $1,300. The damage was even worse. My wife's brand-new entry table was broken after my heavy workbench was not properly secured in the truck and shifted during transit. Our brand-new mattress and box springs were left covered in dirt and stains because they were not wrapped or protected properly. Several dishes were also broken, and there was damage to the walls and stairs in our brand-new home. What should have made our move easier left us doing much of the work ourselves and spending the entire weekend finishing the move while caring for two toddlers. For the price we paid, I expected a trained, properly equipped crew that could move our belongings safely and efficiently. That is not what we received. I would not use All My Sons again and would not recommend them to friends or family.

I received a phone call from Alex at 7:43am, informing me that they had a couple call outs the night before, and they would have to cancel our move that day. He informed me they could do the move Monday, and asked if that would work for us. I said no, that Sunday would be acceptable. Alex informed me he would forward that information to the office and someone would be in touch. That was the last I heard from anyone at this company. I tried to reach out to him on Saturday evening to ask if they were going to be able to move us Sunday, and got zero response. Moving is a large stressful ordeal as it is, get a real professional moving company instead of dealing with these clowns. Their contract totally covers their ass with regard to the customer canceling, but offers no protection for the customer when and if they totally dissappear on you. Everything we own was packed and ready to go for our Saturday morning move, and we are left to try to find another company, on very short notice, to move us ASAP because of Alex and Roma Movings total incompetence, and lack of professionalism. Read the other bad reviews and sprint away from this company. At least they were never able to destroy our personal belongings like all the other bad reviews have stated.

They did a decent enough job loading the truck of 3 large pieces of furniture.... however, when we got to the final destination it was obvious they had dinged things and scratched quite a bit. (I MEAN A LOT)! The guest mover guy blatantly scratched the side of my desk with his belt and looked at me in hopes that I wouldn't notice. Oh - I noticed. It was BAD. This same guy was clearly smoking in the car ride too...... (and I don't mean cigarettes). Again, FINE - but a 2-hour move cost me a minimum $$ and they scratched the heck out of the furniture. I got a deal on the purchase, so I neglected to make a big deal out of it, not to mention I just sensed they'd get super defensive and I wasn't interested in the battle on a Sunday. Just proceed with awareness. If you have fine items or furniture you don't want dinged, you may want to look elsewhere, if you want a basic, affordable move? these guys are just fine. This was a move from one city to another and the crew stayed in communication with a precise ETA to the unloading location. Very professional movers!
