I had a history of no new cavities in at least 25 years, but each time I came to see Dr. Murray, she found teeth that she said needed filling or old fillings that she said needed to be replaced. I chalked this up to aging teeth and paid the bills, but when she found a "cavity" in a wisdom tooth that she said she could not fill, she recommended I see an endodontist about removing one or all of my wisdom teeth. This was the third time she or the dental hygienist had recommended wisdom teeth removal, though it was the first time she found a "problem" with any of them. Her recommendation seemed drastic, so I sought a second opinion with another reputable dentist, who found no cavity on the tooth. Months later, after x-rays and a thorough exam, he still found no issues with any of my wisdom teeth and also has, after a year, found no new cavities. He's now my dentist and I'm very happy with work he has done so far.

The initial "new patient" consult had me worried, I though that Dentist was going to be a judgy sales person, to my surprise, it was quite different than I had anticipated, not the opposite, different. The DIFFERENCE is that the Dentist, the business owner and manager of your teeth, inspects them fully. She carefully and painlessly pokes, prods and investigates. After a good inspection and mugshots of your teeth, she proceeds to present the evidence to you, allowing for questions in between. Pictures are worth a thousand words, color pictures, not conveniently vague X-ray's showing not much but your toothy mouth and grey areas. I was convicted, the pictures allowed no excuses, I needed help. Dr. Murray and team have treated me with the utmost care and dignity. They have alleviated my anxieties about the cost of the dental work I require. Wendy the manager thoughtfully laid out everything for me to see. She made clear indications what WAS covered by my insurance and What was NOT, very accommodating. There were no end of world scenarios. Simply put, fix what YOU can when YOU want, no pressure, just upfront service. BONUS- I have a temp crown, fell off today, Dr. Murray popped it on, same day-no charge, then wished me a good Thanksgiving. WOW!

So I started going to Dr Frasca for all the wrong reasons. Dr Peter (Frasca) fixed my tooth, I started to go there, and have been going ever since. That was in 2005. Since then, my husband and 2 kids have been going there. My brother and his wife and kids, and my parents all go to the 2 Dr Frasca's. Most recently, Dr Sydney had to put in a crown into my very last tooth on the bottom. She explained that it had to feel perfect because that particular tooth does a lot of the work of the chewing. Well, it does fit perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. Today I had a very brief visit (10 minutes) because I got a very tiny chip on the tooth next to one of my front teeth and she was able to fix it and make it invisible. Yes, she is a magician too. My kids even like going there! Highly recommend them, and their full staff. All their dental assistants, hygienists, and admin staff. Seems everyone has been there 10 or 15 or 19 years. And why not. It's a great place. We are very lucky to have found them.

The office is very nicely decorated and clean. The hygienist was very thorough, nice, and professional during my cleaning. Dr Ty came in to introduce himself, asked me a few questions to get to know me and reviewed my x-rays in detail. He was very polite and informative about routine dental care. Not that going to the dentist is anyone's favorite thing to do but finding a good one can be challenging as most ppl tend write reviews for negative experiences only. Dr Frasca was wonderful, my old dentist retired and I have gone to Dr Frasca for the past 9 years. My family of 4 goes to him, my elderly parents have since begun to go to him and now my extended family does, also. He is very good, caring, kind, listens well. I am a big fan. He will take calls off hours, see you whenever he can because he understands you may be uncomfortable and doesn't want you to feel pain, and he is a good guy in addition to being a great dentist. His entire office is fantastic. They have a list of people to call when they get a cancellation and they will actually call you. I highly recommend them.

Many RED flags about this office. The first is signing a WAIVER, so they are not at fault if…read moresomething goes terribly wrong. They ignore any documented outside infections that may involve the gums or teeth. Altered imaging, which is highly illegal! I have imaging from other recent dentists that prove otherwise and documented as UNDETERMINED to investigate by a proper qualified specialist such as a root tip infection which there was not. They are likely to push a root canal and crown done by their specialists. I also noticed that during a cleaning that tiny parts of tooth were missing in between filings as they were there before they started. I have proof. This is likely to start a future infection such as a treament like a root canal or fillling. They use a vibrating tool that's more like an ingraving machine you would use to etch writing on a metal tool like a wrench. The pieces I picked up off my tongue were clear and not yellow or white which would indicate tarter build up and noticed pieces missing between my filling on one tooth, which was always there for years, noticing it with my tounge and it was sharp too. DO NOT USE THIS TOOL FOR CLEANING! It likely damages the enemal and creates cavities! Yes, it's effective to remove tartar build-up but can do much more damage than a pick and rotary toothbrush. This is often witnessed by others who have treatment with this tool. Avoid it in other places, too. If they can't answer you, then walk away and note it in a review. To sum up, this practice has offered me root canals for unesesary work were the teeth dont hurt, there is no visible infection on the gums teeth or even recent or current history when in comparison. You get a different dentist every time and have no idea what the last practitioner did. They likely deform good teeth for profit! There is much more I did not mention here when compared to other dental practices that were current and I've had over the years, so please use your own caution judgments and inform yourself everything about a practice before making clear judgments. I have also noticed a reduction in patents in the waiting area and ease of getting a much sooner appointment within a days, not weeks or months time which is an indicator of a mass of clients leaving to go elsewhere since about 2021 or so. They are not all honest, so choose your dentist carefully.
