We did a video call so they can give an estimate, we never received an estimate. The movers came to pack move and unpack. They didn't know they were supposed to be packing/unpacking. I had to call and confirm instead of them. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

Prestige texted back within the hour with pricing, the dates they were available, and answering additional questions. I had a small job (3 hours) with lots of moving parts: trash, wrapping, storage unit, plus three locations, two with elevators, one with stairs. Roberto called early the morning of the move, and the crew arrived even a few minutes early. They did a super job including being careful with packing and wrapping of some art, a tv, and a heavy digital keyboard. The thing I appreciate most was their attitude. They were so upbeat, courteous, and helpful. I thought the rate was quite reasonable: $130 per hour for a 3-man crew.
