We purchased a used Massey Ferguson tractor from this dealership. We were told this tractor had…read morebeen in the shop and had been 'gone over' and it was in working condition. While on the lot, we noticed a hydraulic leak. We were assured this would be fixed before it was delivered and we paid full price for this tractor. No dickering to get them to reduce the price. When the tractor was delivered, we noticed the A/C didn't work. I would think this would have been noticed when the service dept 'went over' the tractor. Since the windows couldn't be opened, we went ahead and had the A/C fixed. Hot weather in a closed cab would not be healthy. The first time we used the tractor was to mow hay. We mowed about 10 ac when the PTO shaft fell out of the tractor. I called the salesman and was told basically, 'Not our problem.' So, we had that fixed. Before we could even move the tractor after having the PTO fixed, a hydraulic hose broke. We then had that fixed. Now, keep in mind, both of these issues resulted in a substantial loss of hydraulic fluid, which isn't cheap. We have used this tractor less than 100 hrs and while mowing hay, the area under the lever that controls the PTO, exploded...losing all the hydraulic fluid AGAIN. I called the salesman and left a message, which he never returned my call. I then called for the Sales Manager, which he wasn't in and left a message for him. He called back the next day, but I was out and missed his call. I called him back and he has never returned my call. Less than 100 hrs and we have already had to have the A/C fixed, the PTO fixed, a Hydraulic hose replaced, 6 buckets of hydraulic fluid, and no telling what this last issue is going to cost. The tractor is now sitting in the middle of a hay field, totally useless since we can't move it. Would not recommend this dealership at all.

Firts, Extermely rude service manager. After more than 2 months I called them asking when they would be done as I had not heard anything, the manager said it was done the first week it was in the shop. Great service?????, NOT. I get there to pickup tractor and the service department can't even find the original service ticket, which was filled out the day I dropped of the tractor, they then asked to tell them what they did to the tractor so they could write a new ticket. Told them what was on the original ticket, they said they would email me a copy, still waiting on that several months later.

Update#2 All has been cared for. Final rating is 4 stars…read morebased on the full hassle. UPDATE: I finally after two weeks did receive a phone call from the owner who the Original deal was made with. It is clear based on speaking with him that we were both incorrect on what was agreed upon. Based on this long conversation I believe that this matter is going to be resolved. Though it may have taken way longer than it should have! I will update upon conclusion.

We never received this service of extermination of the inside of properties. Normally if the properties get exterminated they are done outside and I needed something done right away .... So I had to pay the cost. My husband was getting bit all over his arms and they were like chicken pox (swollen).... I had Brandon from this company come out to exterminate for bugs, which turned out to be Bed Bugs (which I had no idea that I had that problem)... I felt so embarrassed and Brandon reassured me that it was probably NOT my fault as it can happen to the best of us who have people visit us as they might have bed bugs attached to their clothing and bed bugs travel with people through luggage; through business airline seats ; at restaurants seats; from hotels and the best of upper-end resorts. So-- I felt better knowing that this bug is quite common . Brandon was very detailed in showing me what a bed bug looked like and where to look for them and came up with my total cost for his services. His extermination service came in 3 visits instead of one for a total cost of $275. Most exterminators charge that fee for just one application...I have not seen a bed bug since and he finished exterminating for Bed Bugs a week ago. I liked his service so much that I hired him on for a monthly basic service ($45.) a month to spray for other bugs (peaty creatures) and this will be done monthly until I say to stop. I recommend him and feel he is honest and trustworthy as we had to leave our premises for over 2 hours and he was very careful with moving our furnitures when finished. Today, I'm totally happy and trust that if we have that problem again, he will be available to help again.

In my case today, I had the tank refilled at another location and only needed 11 gallons. If I had refilled the tank at Ace Hardware in Miami, I would have paid for the remaining 10 or so gallons in the tank...which I already owned. I believe this policy is not right. The tank is able to be topped off and I should only pay for that amount. I have been a Ace customer for several years, but based on my experience today, I will not shop at Ace Hardware again.
