Let me just say that I had been to a large furniture store previously where they couldn't even tell me whether mattresses were in stock without checking with several people, and after an hour (yes, an hour) of waiting when I picked a mattress literally within 5 minutes of entering the store, they told me it was after 2 pm so they couldn't deliver it. The salesman did warn me before we went over to the "above your price range" selection - and didn't pressure me further after I put my foot down and explained I didn't want to fall in love with a bed that was more than what we had to pay. We ended up finding a bed that was below our budget and we liked! We paid for delivery as well. I was a little concerned that they wouldn't give you a period of time that the bed was coming until the night before. They did call the night before - and the next day they were about an hour late. However, I did get a call a few minutes past the window of time they gave me, and the delivery guys were very apologetic. It worked out just fine, and the delivery guys did a fantastic job getting in and out quickly with no trouble. I appreciated the "love your mattress" guarantee... my parents have warned me about trying a mattress at the store and it not feeling the same when it's delivered. We did not have that problem! It was just as we remembered at the store.
