This is easily the best company to rent from in town. They offer the lowest rent available in the…read moreGrand Junction Market, their staff is friendly and helpful, and they are, to my knowledge, the only rental agency that consistently offers pet friendly housing. Whether you are a college student looking for short-term housing, or a young family looking for a long-term home, there is no better rental agency in Grand Junction than GJPM. We are heading into renting our second property from them after the first unexpectedly went on the market and we were asked to vacate by our landlord. After speaking at length with Amber at GJPM's office about our rights as tenants, we were informed that our landlord would be required to honor our lease and that they would assist in this process. That said, Amber and the rest of the staff (they all came out of their repsective offices to chime in) suggested we vacate sooner in order to save money. In suggesting this, GJPM was willing to lose thousands of dollars in rental commissions, lose two clients, and allow us to break our lease. After this selfless act, I offhandedly asked if they had any properties they could recommend to us for our next rental. Within an hour, they had found us our next home. It is much larger, reasonably price, and also pet friendly. They have worked with us to transfer over our deposits from our previous rental in order to help facilitate our move. I am thrilled to be heading into another year of renting from this company. In our first rental they have been respectful of our space and prompt in providing repairs (both repairmen we have worked with are highly skilled and willing to answer a barrage of questions). It is also worth noting that, if you are lucky on the day you pay your rent, you might have the chance to see one of the German Shepard puppies the owners bring to the office. If you are looking for a place to live in the Grand Junction area, look no further than Grand Junction Property Management. They will go above and beyond in providing top notch service.

By far the worst property management company my landlords have chosen. They lie and say they will…read morecall you back or say they are waiting for management to get back in the office but there is never a return call. Maintenance is slow at responding. I had to show maintenance that they didn't fix my water leak the first time. The property manager is super rude, wish I could remember her name cause she's awful. Maintenance does not call in advance. They ripped up the intake valve in the sprinkler system and just left it broken with never telling us anything. This place makes me miss Columbine property management cause at least they were responsive and actually got things fixed. If I wasn't forced to be with them I wouldn't. Steer as far away from this place as you can.

He diagnosed problem and we received another either same day or the next. Have had the water heater and stove either fixed or replaced. No we don't have brand new appliances but everything works. The kitchen has orange counter tops which I LOVE and my husband hates! He complains to me constantly that the shower is too small. We treat this house and property as if it were ours and we pay our rent on time. We aren't perfect, but we have a good relationship with Premier Property Management and find they are easy to work with even if they won't make my husband's shower bigger!

We came here hoping and trusting that Premier Property Management would be a great rental…read moremanagement company. However, these people get angry at us when something in our house stops working , (hello....rental agreement?!?) and they IMMEDIATELY began to behave toward us like they HATED us! We are fantastic tenants. We have never been late on our rent, we keep a clean house and we ONLY ever call them when there's a problem we can't fix on our own. Angela, (the manager/owner) is a nightmare! She interrupts before we are even done telling her what issue we are having with our property, she yells at us, swears at us and hangs up the phone on us! That may sound unbelievable and that's because it is! She and her company are despicable! Kris was ok at the beginning, but out of nowhere, she only ever acts like she is Angela's puppet and behaves accordingly. I'll add more to my review after we move out of here. I'm pretty sure it will only get worse, and if I could leave zero stars right now, that's exactly what I'd do. We have never had a bad relationship with ANY business with whom we have interacted in the 10 years we have been married. Premier Property Management is reprehensible and scandalous and we cant wait to permanently put them behind us. Yuck! Do yourself a favor and listen to my review along with all of the other reviews about this company where people detest renting from Premier Property Management. Please DO NOT rent from these disgusting people, you'll regret it.

I was told by them, "Well, the mailman doesn't have to pick up your mail there." So I started personally driving it to the post office to make sure it's sent. Even then, they claimed it was late, and I got an eviction notice. I also tried setting up direct deposit, but they didn't charge my card on time--until I was right up against the next month's rent--and by then, my paycheck hadn't arrived yet. That was their error, but I was still penalized, kicked off the direct deposit option, and now I get hit with late fees--hundreds of dollars--when it's out of my control. And to top it off, their staff has been unprofessional and rude when I've asked for solutions. I'm sharing this because I'm tired of being treated like I'm doing something wrong when I've done everything possible. Anyone else had experiences like this? Not to mention, their office is less than three blocks away from me, yet they refuse to accept rent drop-offs. They only accepted my first month's rent in person. I tried direct deposit to avoid the mailing issues, but they didn't attempt to withdraw my rent until three weeks after the agreed-upon date. Then, because the payment didn't go through weeks later, they took away my direct deposit option--even though the delay was on their end and I still got a $100 late fee So I can't pay in person, mailing my rent keeps causing issues, and their mistake cost me the option to pay electronically. Yet somehow, I'm still the one getting late fees and eviction notices. I also have recieved $15 fees for paying rent early...
