Not bad. Not great. Easy to work with (added me to the lease in the middle of it, no problem). Easy…read moreto pay rent. Local/close location. Also very easy to work with when we were moving out (I've had a few property mgmt services that turned into evil badgers when you decided to leave). These people aren't like that and are very kind/nice people. Unfortunately they contract out their emergency services, so you can't get someone local on the phone right away if something happens. My fiance noticed significant water leaking into his place one night and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Turns out his neighbor's swamp cooler was never closed and their apartment was flooding with water, with no one there to report it. They did finally get out their and fix it, but it took longer than necessary. Also, they don't really "do anything" about current apartment problems. For example, our refrigerator leaked HORRIBLY (puddles of water under the ice machine) and they just kind of shrugged their shoulders and said "well, we could replace it, but it wouldn't be as nice of a refrigerator as you have now." Um....okay. Also, last annoying thing, but they don't accept rent online and you have to go drop off a paper check at the office. It's 2014. Anyway, they're totally worth renting from, but just know this stuff up front.

Recommend you ignore the verbiage in the lease and towards the end of your tenancy, use your…read moresecurity deposit as your last month's rent. PSGJ will gut your deposit for owner related upgrades and lining the pockets of their employees/contractors, i.e. replace outlet covers; re-keying the unit, while at the same demanding you return the keys or pay for the re-key (their own office documented that the keys were returned), and repainting after only a year's tenancy for a unit which was left in pristine condition. Find an owner/landlord property without the third party, and GJ isn't very big but you'd be better off with any other management company besides PSGJ. Side note, met the actual owner of my property who is from GJ but now lives in Chicago. He was physically in my unit multiple times just a couple of weeks before I moved out and he thanked me for taking such good care of the apartment. Be willing to bet PSGJ didn't share their unscrupulous behavior with him or the other property owners they represent. This warning is for potential tenants, but landlords too should be wary of the company they keep.

Working with Karen McLean-Wilson has eased my mind and I have felt supported every step of the way! Karen takes the time to explain everything and offers up recommendations for anything you or the home may need. It is reassuring to know someone is in town and looking out for my best interest as I move through this whole process! Hands down the best realtor in town! If you are looking for a knowledgeable realtor that is caring, compassionate, and resourceful - Karen at The Christi Reece Group is your realtor!

I am very disappointed in my experience with the Christi Reece Group. We chose this brokerage…read morebecause of their strong reputation and expected clear communication, professionalism, and a strong marketing effort. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. After more than 50 days on the market with only three showings, I started asking polite, straightforward questions about how we could improve visibility and activity on our listing. At no point was I disrespectful, accusatory, or aggressive. I never raised my voice, never insulted anyone, and never demanded anything beyond basic communication and a clear marketing plan. Despite this, my text messages were used as the primary reason for canceling our listing. In a later meeting with my husband, I was described as "aggressive," "a bully," and "texting nonstop," which was not only untrue but deeply disrespectful. My messages were strictly about the sale of my home, and I am fully willing to post the entire text exchange publicly if necessary, because I will not allow my character to be misrepresented. It felt as though, instead of addressing valid concerns about lack of visibility and communication, the team chose to shift blame onto me. That is not professional, nor is it acceptable--especially from a well-known brokerage that we trusted with the sale of our home. The way this situation was handled left me feeling extremely disrespected, dismissed, and uncomfortable continuing with their services. I believe it is important for other potential clients to know the kind of experience we had, and I sincerely hope the team reflects on how concerns are communicated and handled in the future.

I strongly advise against using this property management if you want to avoid headaches and…read moreunnecessary expenses. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating. First and foremost, they use a broker agency that charges $600 just for you to sign the lease. I didn't even get to see the apartment because tenants were still in there. They find every excuse to slap on excessive fees. What should be simple turn into expensive endeavors, with little transparency about the costs. They charge a move in fee of $500 and a move out fee of $100. You have to pay a $400+ fee to get security deposit insurance. $2 every time you want do a load of laundry. Pet deposit on top of a monthly fee. I hope I stirred you away already with all of this. Not to mention, it's nearly impossible to get a hold of them, and when they do respond, it's usually with vague answers or dismissive attitudes. They seem more interested in squeezing money out of tenants rather than providing any real service. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other property management companies out there who treat their tenants with respect and fairness--unfortunately, this isn't one of them.

We came here hoping and trusting that Premier Property Management would be a great rental…read moremanagement company. However, these people get angry at us when something in our house stops working , (hello....rental agreement?!?) and they IMMEDIATELY began to behave toward us like they HATED us! We are fantastic tenants. We have never been late on our rent, we keep a clean house and we ONLY ever call them when there's a problem we can't fix on our own. Angela, (the manager/owner) is a nightmare! She interrupts before we are even done telling her what issue we are having with our property, she yells at us, swears at us and hangs up the phone on us! That may sound unbelievable and that's because it is! She and her company are despicable! Kris was ok at the beginning, but out of nowhere, she only ever acts like she is Angela's puppet and behaves accordingly. I'll add more to my review after we move out of here. I'm pretty sure it will only get worse, and if I could leave zero stars right now, that's exactly what I'd do. We have never had a bad relationship with ANY business with whom we have interacted in the 10 years we have been married. Premier Property Management is reprehensible and scandalous and we cant wait to permanently put them behind us. Yuck! Do yourself a favor and listen to my review along with all of the other reviews about this company where people detest renting from Premier Property Management. Please DO NOT rent from these disgusting people, you'll regret it.

When we asked them to fix it, they thought it was funny, and had nothing more to provide than "taking four months to remedy the issue because of everybody's scheduling" while we move out of the place we just paid for two weeks ago as of this review, the maintenance lady assigned to our unit is rather rude and abrasive as well and did everything to try and shift the blame onto us. Nothing was done prior to us moving in to fix the bathroom, which was clearly the worst source of the mold, the protective barrier between the shower and the drywall wasnt even properly sealed and is peeling off of the drywall. We're going to get code enforcement and the department of health involved and see if they think its not worth taking seriously after that. This is my first time leasing a place, and all I can say after this experience, is that I wouldn't recommend leasing a dog turd from these absolute procrastinating cheapskates. This is a company that shouldn't even be in business anymore.
