He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on! Our account is on Will Call, meaning we call them when we need a delivery. Recently, I noticed a debit from our checking account by Amerigas. We had not requested a delivery. They delivered gas and took money from our account without our authorization. I have since removed our account information for auto payment. This isn't first time they delivered without my request. We recently purchased a house we're renovating. We're not living there, and I called them to inspect the propane tank and appliances. The service tech told me the inspection was free. Then a week or 2 later I got a bill from Amerigas for filling the propane tank! It was 3/4 full. We didn't need a delivery! The customer service rep told me the inspection was only free if we then filled the tank, AND they put the account on auto delivery without my authorization. This is ridiculous! Big business/big bully! Are there any local propane providers left Amerigas hasn't bought out?

I…read morewent to the local hardware store to get some keys made, pretty simple task, not at this "LOCAL HARDWARE STORE " she manage to dig out the easy quickset lock keys but when it came to the older locks she wouldn't take the time to dig through the keys. So she said I will make your 6 of each of these but we don't have the other ones. So I said no thank you I will try WALMART only other choice at that time, So I go to Walmart seen 3 kids standing around by the sporting goods desk and asked if they knew how to make keys they said yes sir and never missed a beat got all done perfect. AND BY THE WAY I SPENT 12 dollars on keys had a propane tank exchange and got some charcoal, could have got it all at the local hardware store.

I have lived in town over 20 years and really enjoy Ace Hardware. Sometimes you need the big box…read morestores but so often you need a few things or real help with a project, that they can not give you. Parking is ample and the lot is well lit. Propane gas is available for refill or tank swap. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile on entry and asked if I need assistance. The staff is very knowledgeable and I can always get help with whatever project I am doing. They offer a military discount and a rewards program that are very helpful. Whether you need to get your lawn back in shape or tools for a job Ace is the Place!!! And the staff really is helpful!! My next project is getting the yard ready for Spring so seeds are mulch are on the list for this week.
