Tara was very nice. All of the employees are nice. The frames are expensive though. But you pay for what you want. They're very educated. Glad I went there. I didn't like my frames at first but I was happy that they allowed me to switch them out.

I have nothing but good words for Paul and his staff at Visions of Canada. I am a new patient,…read moreclient as I just moved from another city. I went to this location because of its proximity to my apartment -- and I am so glad that I did. I went here three times in less than two weeks for replacement lenses and eye exams, the latest of my visit was today. This location seems to be always busy, but everyone here try their best to accommodate each and every client that comes in. Dr. Siblani is good at what he does -- very knowledgeable, caring and reassuring. He also seems like a cool person. I am pleased that he did my prescription today, and I am very satisfied in his service. Paul has been in the profession for decades, and I've learnt a lot of things from him today (I have been wearing eye glasses for 20+ years, and it is only now that I have been aware of what I wear and what they are for!). Angela went above and beyond to discuss with me my options, and is also overall a pleasant person to deal with. Both Paul and Angela were excellent in explaining to me what I need to make a better quality of life. Everyone else, including but not limited to Tammy, Nisa, are welcoming and accommodating. Visions of Canada carry a wide array of brands for frames, and their lenses are top notch and reasonably-priced for their standard. Thank you! - Angela

I can only leave a review for the eye exam, as I have not purchased contacts or eyeglasses here. I…read morecame in to get my prescription renewed, and everyone was very nice. Dr. Anderson was friendly, prompt and professional, and the rest of the staff was great at answering questions I had about bringing in old frames to get new lenses put in. I made my appointment online but called in to inquire about the price of the exam, both methods of contact were great and got all the answers I was looking for. Also, my current insurance does not cover eye exams, but they asked if I had AAA as they offer a discount on the exam.

I had an exam here on 12/14/2023 and recently tried to obtain the prescription information from that visit. I understand an older prescription may be expired and should not be treated as current. That is not what I am asking for. I am asking for access to my own historical medical/optical record. When I called, I was told the store could see the information but would not provide it because it was "outdated" and due to liability/security concerns. I was also told I could come into the store to get it, which makes the refusal to provide it remotely confusing. If the concern is that it is expired, it could simply be marked as expired or historical. Requiring an in-person visit is not a patient-friendly solution. Patients may no longer live nearby, may lack transportation, or may have accessibility limitations. Identity can be verified remotely. Accessing one's own medical information should not be this difficult. After the call, I tried calling back to ask about the proper records request process, but I was routed to an automated message stating I may receive a callback within two business days. I called again shortly after and got the same message. I submitted a formal written request to Luxottica's Privacy Office for access to my historical eye exam/prescription records. I am not asking for an expired prescription to be treated as current. I am asking for access to my own record. 5/8/2026 Update: LensCrafters responded to this review and directed me to a Customer Care form. I filled it out, and the confirmation said to expect a response from the store within 5 business days. I still have not received the manager callback I was promised. The associate said I would receive a call the next day, and the automated message said I should receive a call within two business days. That did not happen. I am not trying to be difficult. I would much rather LensCrafters simply call or email me, verify my identity remotely if needed, and provide the historical prescription/medical record information I requested. If they make this right, I am happy to update or remove this review and drop the issue. 5/19/2026 Update: LensCrafters Customer Service responded on 5/7/2026 stating they "do not have access to exam records" and told me to contact the doctor's office directly, but did not provide the doctor's office or records custodian contact information. On 5/15/2026, LensCrafters Care Team said my concern had been escalated and that a member of the store team should be reaching out shortly. It is now 5/19/2026, and I still have not received the promised store callback or any records custodian information. At this point, I have also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. I still just want the record, the correct records custodian information, or a written explanation of any refusal.

Our vision insurance changed and this was the closest place. The office is nice very clean they have a good selection of frames. All of the staff was super knowledgeable and very nice professional and helpful. The doctor was great and accommodated my requests. The weird part was the glasses. I'm used to my ridiculous prescription costing big bucks even with insurance I've had glasses and a horrible in the high negs prescription since I was 13. Foe the last 20 years or so the cost has increased little bit more than last year. Everything the high index antiglare all the stuff usually ends up between 3 and 400 dollars ... in 2022 I paid around 300 for glasses. I got the high index the anti glare all the bells and whistles short of transition lenses. I paid around 250 with insurance applied. The other prescription we were getting was a really low one and it should have been way cheaper than mine... She quoted me over 600 dollars for the low prescription and mine would be more than that... my jaw fell on the floor. I got the prescriptions and left. I just recently bought 3 pairs of glasses 2 of them have transition lenses and one does not.. 2 are the low one is my high super expensive one and I paid 239.00 for those three pairs. Did not use my insurance allowance straight out of pocket. Yes the doctors offices with the eyeglass selection is always more expensive than Costco or online or walmart but that was double. I don't know but I'm glad I'm resourceful and knew there were different options because that is ridiculous.
