The spice levels are legit too--not one of those places where "hot" isn't actually hot. I've tried a couple different things on the menu and everything's been solid, especially with the sides. Nothing feels rushed or low quality. It actually tastes like they care about what they're putting out. Also gotta mention the staff--they've always been cool and welcoming, which makes a difference. It's just a good vibe overall whether you're eating there or taking it to go. Not gonna lie, I catch myself craving this place randomly now. Definitely worth trying if you're into hot chicken.

The sandwich is decent, chicken is juicy but was very bland even with the cole slaw and sauce. Fries were all over the place, some looked fresh, some looked like they had been recooked a few times. They were also insanely bland, no seasoning at all. The mac & cheese is well, terrible. I don't think there is any real cheese in it at all. It's very watery and honestly a box of Kraft is better and cheesier. I paid 75 cents for a side of sauce and didn't even receive it. My order was not complicated so not sure how that was overlooked. This place has work to do to improve quality. Will not be returning.

Ah, Taco Bell... a modern cathedral of questionable choices and glorious regret. Five stars? One…read morestar? Nay--this review is written in the gray purgatory between ecstasy and ruin. Upon first bite, I was bewitched. The taco, humble in stature, tasted like a fiesta conducted upon my tongue: seasoned beef that sang like a mariachi, lettuce crisp as a fresh dollar bill, cheese that melted like the smile of a tavern maiden. For a fleeting moment, I thought myself transported--"By Jove!" I cried, "This is ambrosia fit for gods and time travelers alike!" Yet as I pressed onward, a curious transformation befell me. The salt revealed itself in sinister waves, each bite a briny tide dragging me further out to sea. It was no longer a taco, but Poseidon's own handshake, pulling me into the abyss. My lips puckered, my tongue cried mutiny, and still I persisted, for hunger makes a fool of us all. And then--ah, dear reader--the aftermath. My body became a battleground, my innards staging a rebellion fiercer than Lexington and Concord. I assure you, the porcelain throne did not survive the skirmish. In fact, I daresay Taco Bell owes me reparations for the shattered remains of my toilet, which now lies in ruin like Rome after the Visigoths. My bathroom still bears the echo of that fateful night, and visitors avoid it as if it were Chernobyl. Was it worth it? Aye, for the memory alone. Taco Bell is like French kissing a carnival ride--thrilling, chaotic, and destined to leave you dizzy and a little broken. I shall return, for fools are drawn to fire, and I am but a moth to their neon flame.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and they were pretty busy…read more I ordered carne asada tacos (can't go wrong with that) and chicharon tacos. And my boyfriend ordered a chicharon burrito. When ordering the lady asked my boyfriend if he was okay with cilantro, onions, rice okay in the burrito and he omitted the beans. One thing she never asked is we wanted hotsauce on the food. Because when I got my tacos and he got his burrito, it had hotsauce. I think this is something they should ask if you want when you are ordering. What if someone is ordering for a kid and they don't like hotsauce. I say this cos I don't like hotsauce. My boyfriend had to bring to back and they have new tacos with no hotsauce. Another thing that is a hit or miss here are the chicharon. Our chicharon was both crunchy and soft. I noticed it depends what time of day you go and you also know by how much chicharon they have left (you can see it on the display). I like how they have the toppings in a little bar where you can get (hot sauce, pickled jalapeños, cilantro and onions). It is a small restaurant. They have some seats indoor and outdoor. And they even have a tortilla lady in the corner making fresh tortillas.

This little hole in the wall taco shop is one of those spots you almost don't notice unless someone…read moretells you about it, but I'm glad I found it. The tacos are really good and packed with flavor, and the burritos are just as solid, big portions that actually fill you up without feeling overpriced. You definitely get your money's worth here, which is hard to find these days. One of the best parts is the salsa bar. They have a good variety of salsas, and all of them taste fresh and delicious, not watered down like some places. You can really customize your food depending on how spicy you like it. The only downside is there's no kids menu, so it might be tough if you have really picky eaters. But if you're just looking for good tacos, good burritos, fair prices, and a taco spot to grab a quick meal, this place is definitely worth checking out.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with the staff at Raising Cane's in North Fontana…read more I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes with my three young children in the car. When I finally reached the employee taking orders, I told him I had already placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. He told me they do not allow mobile orders to be picked up in the drive-thru and that I had to go inside. I explained that I am a mom of three kids and couldn't leave them to go inside. I politely asked if they could make a one-time exception, especially after I had already waited so long in line. The answer was simply, "No." To prove the point, I placed new order right there in the drive-thru, and they accepted that order without any problem. When I reached the window, I asked if they could please hand me both orders since I was already there. Again, I was told no--the drive-thru order could be given to me, and the mobile order required me to park and go inside. I asked to speak with the manager Wendy, hoping she would understand the situation. Instead of trying to help or offering any solution, she was rude, showed no empathy, and then appeared pretended to call the police instead of trying to resolve the situation. I told her to go ahead, but because my children were hungry and we were already running late, I eventually gave up, parked, and went inside to get the order myself. Rules are important, but good customer service also means knowing when to use common sense and make a reasonable exception. This entire situation could have been resolved in seconds. Instead, I was treated with disrespect after spending time waiting in line. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had at a Raising Cane's, and I will not be returning to this location.
