The owner went to Korea for a planned 3-month trip but returned early because "work wasn't going well." If he had stayed, would we not have received our deposit at all? The owner's personal travel plans should have no effect on our legal right to a timely return, as required by Georgia law. What made it worse was the attitude. Sunny told us we'd understand "once we become homeowners"--a comment we found condescending and irrelevant, especially since we have been homeowners. Daniel Lee was also slow to respond and dismissive, hiding behind legal language instead of offering clear communication. After my father spoke with them, they did apologize but the unprofessionalism and stress we went through were unacceptable. We expected better from a company we once trusted.

Be wary of this business - their billing is borderline criminal…read more I originally hired Gaddy design directly for a land survey before considering an addition to our house. They wanted a contract that outlined their process, deliverables and fees. Very clear so we proceeded with the work. This portion alone was 1,500$. For the contract I received an electronic file and six photocopies of a document with a civil stamp, I never received an actual copy of drawing with the actual stamp. I am now researching to see if it is valid. Later, we engaged a construction contractor who requested an additional drawing that was a combination of the survey data showing setbacks and the proposed addition to show how the house and garage would sit. They quickly produced the additional file and sent via email, no hard copies provided. Weeks later I get a generic invoice for almost a thousand dollars. No details or reference to the work provided. After trying to negotiate a fair price with Al , I recall him saying, "let me discuss with Mr Gaddy and I will get back to you via email." Well, that never happened but they were quick to put a lien on our home. Beware of their billing and claimed services provided. Look elsewhere first.
