as you can see this will be my second review! I need to update for you guys!!…read more I can not thank Dr. Hinckley enough!!!! His staff and him are wonderful! Let me explain my situation.... Yesterday I went to work with a very very bad tooth pain. I took a lot of ibuprofen and it would not even touch the pain that I was having! My doctor referred me to his dentist which then referred me to Endodontic Practice Associates since they knew I would need a root canal. I called them at 10:30am and the office staff was so kind! They had a cancellation with Dr. Hinckley and were able to fit me in at 3pm. I forgot to tell you I was also in the middle of moving into an apartment as well that day! So in the middle of moving into the apartment Dr. Hinckley was so kind to get me in! He was very nice and very informative! He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it and talked me through everything that he was doing and why he was doing it in the middle of the procedure! He also video taped my root canal and was very nice and let me watch everything that he was doing through the video camera! WOW what detail they have to do! I will never let another dentist do any more root canals! EVER AGAIN!! I will only come and see Dr. Hinckley! Let hope I don't have another one though! Yes it was kind of expensive.... but now knowing what all they have to do it is worth every penny! Thank you so much again for getting me in so quick and being so kind! Anyone who complains about the cost of a root canal need to watch what they do! It is amazing and the detail that they have to go through is crazy!! I will never go anywhere else to get a root canal done ever again! I was also informed my a friend that is in dentist school that dentist should not be doing root canals!! Please if you take anything from this please never ever ever get a root canal done by your dentist! They are not properly trained!!! It is like comparing an electrician doing a plumbing job!! I was not informed of these and I had 2 dentist do root canal. I wish I was informed of this!!!!!

By 3:00 I was getting my teeth cleaned by a fantastic hygienist named Belinda. Maybe the best teeth cleaning experience I've ever had. She's clearly very experienced and had a quick but thorough hand when it came to the teeth cleaning. In my first visit to his office, he said that I needed to to pull my two tooths, so he scheduled me for that. So, when I went to his office the second time, he told me how can I help you today? I was surprised he aske me that because I was coming to extract my two teeth. So, I said don't you know why I am here today! Intuitively, he should have known why I was there and should not have asked me how can I help you today, as if he does not know what the plan is! Even, his secretary on the front desk, she wanted to make payment even before the service, I told her I would pay after the service is done! Terrible experience. To be fair, one of his employee was very nice and fair and helped, her name was Hailee, I don't know if the spelling is correct. One more thing, he took x-rays to all my teeth and charged my insurance like $ 215, my question is why did he do that if he was going to ask me to find another dentist! I am 70 years old and yet he treated me like that and the end he Shaked my hand! really Shame. he was really inpatient. Dentists must be patients with their patients! I am hurt!

This dental team will treat you like family, and their prices on implants can't even be beaten by the dental college! But let's talk real talk--even when prices are AMAZING, sometimes we still can't afford the whole implant process or other dental work that we need all at once...but that's okay, and I'm here to tell you that. Let's be real, a lot of us are avoiding treatment because of the overwhelming cost in scary economic times for us; inflation is hitting everyone hard right now, as wages fail to compensate for it. Care Credit is great, if you qualify, but a lot of Americans struggle with credit scores, and have to rely on saving up instead. Work in stages, guys! It's totally possible. I've had to work on my implant process for a few years, first affording one part of the procedure, and still saving to finish it. Did that mean I needed to accept covering my smile? Feeling less confident? No. What you're seeing here is a temporary tooth that Dr. Humphrey's team member, Alexis BUILT, on SITE. She grabbed me by the fat under my chin, shook it and told me that if I would just relax it wouldn't hurt.....you cant relax a bone to my knowledge. My mouth was all torn up by the time I left there. One tech did an additional xray without covering my body with the apron. My mouth hurt for 10 days, but I didnt think too much of it because the xray films were cutting me up. I noticed what I thought was a canker sore on the tori and decided I was going to take off the little white piece because it wasn't healing up..... Lo and behold!
