Ok this one is worth a visit!…read more I was given a Living Social certificate for a Swedish massage here. I was expecting it to be like the rest of the reflexology/chair massage places I had been to, but this one blew the others out of the water! It's clean and quiet. My therapist, Jason was professional and very skilled! They actually have Thai massage bars on the ceiling of the room that I was in, although I don't know that he ever used to them, he was definitely fully on the table with me a few times. Even though my certificate was for a Swedish massage, this definitely was not that, but way more therapeutic! Lots of long strokes, stretching, and deep pressure, which I like. They have the public room for chair massages, but they also have a few private rooms, which was where I ended up. I was asked to only undress from the waist up, which allowed for an amazing back massage when I was Face down. Then when I flipped over, I was of course covered on top, but since I still had my leggings on, he was able to do some really great stretching with me in that position. For the quality of this massage, I'd say it's a great value! I will definitely return.

The staff was friendly & prompt with my appt time. The place was nice & clean. My massage was so so. The therapist noticed I was very tensed around my neck & shoulders however her massage was too gently. I did advise her I always get deep tissue massages since I'm always tense in those areas. I assume the language barrier was the issue & she didn't understand what I was saying. Overall it was a nice relaxing massage & I'm glad I only paid $25 for it. Original price stated $80 then the discounted price was $35 & I had $10 off do that's why it went down to $25. If I had paid $80 original price then I would have left very unsatisfied. Would I return? Maybe, just to give them another shot.

I didn't feel like that with Susan and that's what sets her above the rest. It is clear that she take a lot of thought, effort, and care into this service and it shows. I felt like she genuinely cared about my well-being (despite not knowing me) and her massage techniques were awesome! I especially liked the hot towel under my neck, that felt soooo good on a sore neck. One other thing I wanted to say was that Afton at reception was also super friendly and kind- I have some social anxiety, but felt immediately at ease around her. This was my first time, so I don't have much to compare it to, but when I left my body felt like it was buzzing with positive endorphins. As soon as you walk in they offer you water and the ability to say where you want them to focus on. I had a back massage but in just an hour he was able to do my feet, hands, arms, back, neck, shoulders and I could feel all of the knots and stress actively leaving my body. He checked in with me every 10 minutes or so to see if I was doing ok and ask if it was painful or if he needed to adjust the pressure. He did not. It was perfect. Probably the best birthday gift I've ever given to myself. I will be back many more times after this. Thank you Lotus Rain!!!

The massage itself was pretty good for me. My partner did need to tell them to lighten up a bit, but after that it was also pretty good. Not the best and not the worst for either of us! We had a couples massage and were very confused when the two individuals giving our massage talked to each other throughout the entire massage. I have never experienced that. It really took away from the experience as it should be quiet and relaxing... I would consider going back as it is a nice please with good pricing.
