Absolutely the best coordinator!! I hired Raquel about 6 weeks before my wedding as I wanted to ensure that everything was covered leading up to and on my wedding day. My first meeting with Raquel was great. She is very personable, knowledgeable about the business, and I knew I could trust her in ensuring me and my husband's special day went without any problems. Raquel made sure she was prepared by reading through all contracts to make sure nothing was missed and preparing the day of timeline. She made sure that our vision came true the night of our wedding. Raquel organised our twins first birthday in October. She is a fantastic event organiser, professional and organised. She obliged to our never ending demands till the last minute. She went to pillar and post to look for a magician for the event when almost everyone was booked considering it was the Halloween week. She added things to the goody bags till a day prior. Our twins were very cranky and gave both me and my husband no time to interact, she single handedly managed the event made sure the kids at the party are having a gala time, and adults are having a great time too. She had organised a brilliant face painter who was a hit at the event. The decorations were fabulous, it was very detailed all the tables had a popcorn boxes with their names on it. I loved it Very very enthusiastic, full of energy and always smiling. Loved the decor, the pop ups, the photo-booth studio(she was actually encouraging the guest to take pictures and writing in a little scrap book). We couldn't have chosen any other organiser for such an important day of our lives.
