Scheduling was (and is) tricky for me, but Holden was good about finding a way to accommodate me. He sent Juan, who travelled some distance through extra heavy traffic to reach me on a very hot afternoon. He completed the first task quickly and efficiently, then a simple, but potentially messy job cleaning out the U-joint under my bathroom sink became more complicated when he needed to replace a metal pipe that had corroded below the level of the threads that held it in place. He remained cheerful throughout, despite having to fold himself like a pretzel, working in a small space without air conditioning. I'm hoping SB Handyman will be able to help me with other items on my list in future.
