So after I did some research on what he sent me we set a date and time. Two days later he shows up on time with a smile on his face. We discussed a few things and he jumped right installing a gas outdoor mounted tankless hot water heater and five hours later he was on his way with a check in his hand. The final cost was very close to his estimate. His demeanor through was very courteous and professional. He is now our go to plumber.

When first contacting Greg, he couldn't fit me in that week due to his vacation, but he was kind enough to recommend another plumbing company. (I did use that company.) However, after another plumbing issue arose, I phoned AC Plumbing. Greg fit me in quickly, arrived on time, was extremely nice, knowledgeable, & he charged me less than what other plumbers would have charged. I've used him twice since. He diagnosed a leak that others missed, resealed the area between the stainless sink & the granite, & researched the best faucet for my needs. Greg recommended a commercial grade Delta faucet, explaining the difference between commercial grade & the faucets available in stores. He is such an honest, down to earth man-- yes, I am impressed. If you are in need of service in Dade City, Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, or San Antonio, AC Plumbing is available. This is a two-man, family owned business that has been in operation MANY years. Hands down it beats the other plumbing companies on ALL fronts. I won't phone anyone else when I have a plumbing issue. It wasn't until Cesar at Miracle Plumbing came in that things started to improve. Using his leak detection services Cesar was able to quickly identify the root cause of the problem that every other plumber and even our home inspector missed. The main stack for plumbing in our home was not only cracked but practically severed in half, causing a major leak and damage to the surrounding wall, frame and floor. Cesar not only provided an estimate to resolve this problem once and for all, but he also pointed out that we could use our home owners insurance to cover the restoration costs that would be involved. Those costs ended up being considerably more than the costs to fix the plumbing issues, and we were obviously very grateful for his insights. While getting new flooring installed we discovered a leak in another bathroom. We immediately called Cesar to take a look. He quickly identified that the issue was a result of improper installation of the wax ring being used on the toilet. A $12 part and proper installation saved not only our new flooring but a lot of headaches down the road. Cesar is the only plumber we will use now. He has been thorough, professional and extremely fair every time we have used him. And the electrician can be here between 12 and 2pm. At 1:41pm I got a text saying the electrician will be here at 2:45. (Your company texted me when you were supposed to be here. You were already ) And the text said: it will be a different electrician. At 3 o'clock no one showed up or called or texted. So I called back and spoke with/Kim again, and I asked her if they forgot about me because it's 4 o'clock and no one's here still! And she told me she will call the technician. And she will call me back in two minutes. She never called me back. She texted me saying the electrician will call me in one minute. At 4:30 the electrician called me and said he will be here in a half an hour. A little after five the electrician finally arrived. Trying to upsell me and give me all of his bullshit/ stories. And when he finally gave me his price his boss and him talked about. It was $500.00 for a plug-in play and $350.00 for a permit. (I was told by the company who made this product that I didn't need a permit.) They were just trying to pocket the $350. I said to the electrician, why didn't you just tell me $500 from the get go and I would have not wasted five hours of my day waiting for you! He said he didn't know. When he just told me his boss told him $500. Plus the $350. I told him I had a really bad taste in my mouth with this company since almost the beginning. And I will not be doing business with them and I will be writing them a bad review. I also told them thank you for wasting my time, (5hrs) then I said: Have a nice day and get off my property!
