I was just there to have my front rim and bent tie rod replaced on my semi new 2025 Genesis. To not hit a dog I turned away from it and slid into the curb and damaged my rim and bent the tie rod. Killian did a great job, but Genesis was faulty on the tie rod. They sent the wrong part due to a wrong part number that they acknowledged. All in all was a great experience, and they did not charge for their loaner car.

I've been calling for the past 3 days to try to get an estimate on when my car would be done. I knew that the work I wanted done would take time, which I was fine with, but I wanted to know how long I could expect to be without a car for. The past 2 mornings I called, they told me my car was in the bay and would be done soon. Today, I drove by the shop and my car was parked in the exact place I left it Tuesday. I called again, and was told that my car was in a bay being worked on. When I told him I had just driven by and seen that it was not, he said there "was another car out back" of the same make, model, and color of my car that he and another employee had both apparently "mistaken for mine" on what was now 4 seperate occasions. I just don't appreciate being lied to nor do I understand what the point of making an appointment is if it takes a week from my appointment time to even get my car looked at.

The guys at C&C Auto are fantastic!!! I could not recommend them more. I had taken my car there…read morefor repair to my 2014 Dodge dealer as the AC was not working and making a hissing noise. Dodge dealer had my vehicle for two days and told me it was needing a new AC Condenser ($1180 + tax) - they would not give me the break down on parts, labor, etc. I did not feel comfortable with that. After being recommended to C&C, I drove 45 minutes and took my vehicle for them to check out. They told me it would be $500 if they did have to replace the AC Condenser, but they did not think the AC Condenser needed replaced as sometimes it did push out cool air, just not consistently. They found out all it needed was an expansion valve!!!! Less than $200 to repair my car and it is perfect!!!!!!! I just came back from a long road trip and it worked as it did brand new, I would HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to them and well worth the extra drive. I was being ripped off by my Dodge dealer... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I recently was referred to come here and I am car literate, however, I am not an electrician…read more Therefore, when my car was having electrical issues I wanted a mechanic to diagnose and look over my cars issues. Needless to say this business did not listen to me when i dropped off the car and told them the reason my car was there. The mechanic shop called me to let me know they would like to charge me for something totally different than what my car was even there for. I had to remind them why my car was there, and the mechanic had to "instruct me" on codes and went to pull them while i was on the phone just for my vehicles dash lights to be illuminated right in front of his eyes. He then told me he would call me back the next day with another diagnosis. The following day he then tells me he finds an electrical issue which does sound like it could be the issue, however, when i get the bill its ridiculous.. I replaced my IG1 relay which at most is a $7.00 part and they charged me over $100 for parts needed.. and over 200 for labor.. when changing a relay takes 2 minuets. I understand diagnosing the issue takes time, however, it was the shops mistake diagnosing an issue that wasn't there and I shouldn't have been charged for that. Also. they told me they weren't charging me a diagnostic fee. So that price isn't from that. They Also let me know when they disassembled my shifter that they "cleaned it up", but when I got the vehicle home I took apart my shifter and it was not cleaned or did not look to be cleaned. My vehicle is pre owned and whoever owned it previously had dogs. The interior does not have hair everywhere any more, however, when I got into the shifter I found animal fur everywhere in the shifter and solenoid. So Id like to know where they cleaned. Just be careful if you come here. This mechanic shop will charge you for parts and labor like crazy even if they don't do anything.

I took my truck to this location and had a terrible experience. My truck had a transmission leak…read moreand they supposedly replaced the transmission filter and the gasket. The fix did not last long and it was leaking again. They said that they just needed to torque the bolt and it would be good. A few months later it started leaking in the same place. Since they could not fix it within 2 tries I was not going back. I took it to a place in Kennesaw where they looked at it and said that it looked like it had been torqued too much and had bent the cover. Now I had to pay for the full job again and a new cover and this only cost me $460 where as Chrisitan Brothers charged me $980 and messed up my truck. I contacted them and they told me that since I took it somewhere else to get fixed there is nothing that they would do for me. I think that they owe me the full amount that I paid them or at least the difference of what I paid at the Kennesaw repair shop and the amount that they over charged me. I will never go to any Christian Brothers again because I have now had another person that has said she went in for one thing and now they want to charge her over $10,000. STAY AWAY
