However, this GM questioned me about my order in a very rude and unprofessional manner. She even said, "Why don't you just order a medium?" When I pointed out that she was questioning me, she responded by saying, "I'm not questioning you," despite the fact that she clearly was. There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking a customer a question, but the way she spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and condescending. As a General Manager, I would expect her to know how to communicate professionally and treat customers with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I left without ordering. I do not recommend this Jamba Juice and will not be returning to this location. I will continue going to the Jamba Juice on Broad St. in Mansfield instead. The staff there have always been friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. Customer service starts with how you treat people, and this location fell far short of that standard today.

I called the next two days when they were opened, constantly got hung up on. I finally went in, two days later, a girl had headphones on.
