Popped in on a weekday evening after work and was politely greeted by Kevin who was so kind and patient as I stated off my initial convo with I have no idea what I'm doing, sorry if i don't have the right things, but here is the information I have. One would typically receive an annoyed look, but Kevin was so cool and was like what do you got. Ease overcame me immediately. Turned out, I had all the right info needed from my car company to get the title so I could move forward registering in PA from NJ. Kevin took all my data, even taking the time to fill out my form that I could of so easily done, made the copies he needed, and said we'll call you once we receive what we need. Quote time was 1-2 weeks typically depending on your cars company. Received a call less than a week later saying all was ready. Came in, signed my papers, settled up, new PA plate in hand and next step inspection instructions. Cost for my needs was $209 which I felt was reasonable even though I had no clue what the going price range is for these types of services. Would HIGHLY recommend Jack Rabbit for and tags, titles, registration and notary needs.

Brandon was my service tech. brought the car in. they looked it over. ordered the part. was to come to come back when the part came in. in and out in no time.. (somehow, someway, we all missed seeing that the USB's were missing. myself included. so came back. Brandon was out. so I dealt with Mike. from Brandon's team. both were very nice and knowledgeable. they get the part installed. I'm up and on my way in no time. I thought for sure I was going to get some song & dance about...well you've had the car for awhile now. we don't know what you could have done with it. no, none of that. they just acknowledged the fact the part was missing. ordered a new one. installed it. no charge for anything! everything was beautiful. the service department here is a pleasure to do business with. I have only good things to say about Brandon, Mike and Mark the service manager. I just wish they were closer to me. all this took place while this corona virus was taking place
