I don't consider myself a bridezilla, so I say this with the utmost rationality that I can:
This company was supposed to provide all services in 1 company. She bad-mouthed the previous owner, which was extremely unprofessional. I never received floral samples or ideas from her about how she was going to do the flowers; she mostly told me what she wanted to do. I had to keep calling her. The photographer was nice but did not take the type of photos I wanted (candid and close up), rather most were all posing photos & I had also told her what I liked and didn't like (she just said nicely said ok to everything). The owner wrapped her costs into everything else, like trying to charge me $350 for make-up alone. She also made herself "very unavailable" after she received all of my money just 1 month into the wedding planning.
The worst parts were that the owner was not present the day of the wedding. They also promised my wedding albums would be done in 8 weeks, but it actually took another month longer. The albums came out horribly, with repeat pictures; they would not let me choose which pictures went into the album. My thank you cards that were printed had the names spelled wrong. I would not recommend to anyone...its neither cheap nor quality. I could've done a better job with everything myself. read more
