I hired this company to install a new gate. It took a while to get things going, all good I was still in the process of moving ,so no big hurry. I figured at least I have local contractor locked in. So I finally move in and now ready for this project to be completed. Well here came the excuses. "Sorry super busy, forgot to make a piece for your gate , waiting on lumber distributor, waiting on lumber delivery". I'm a patient man, things happen, not life or death. 3 months later gates are done. Gates look great very pleased with the way it turned out ascetically. As for functionality all worked good until the heat came. The heat created the metal to swell up. When the swelling happened I lost the functionality. The pass through door was hitting the post and I couldn't open or lock my gate. The double gates wouldn't close properly and I couldn't lift my 9' metal and wood gate up high enough to latch. Again patient man it can be fixed so I thought. I even sent them videos of the dilemma. Well I lost all patience It's been a year and I've been snubbed over and over again. I call to schedule an appointment, nothing or I get I'll be there Friday /Saturday/first thing Monday morning. NOTHING! Went to the shop and get the run around by one of the laborers. Owners no where to be found. So my message to whoever's looking to get metal or fence work to be done.. hire the guy from outta town. *******CONSUMER BEWARE *******

I feel taken advantage of…read more We were towing our travel trailer from Mexico to Oregon when the injection pump in our 98 dodge diesel failed on I-5 near Los Banos. Had AAA tow it to Tom. He gave me a verbal estimate of $2200 which is in the ball park. I got estimates from 2 other shops and they were within $200 of Tom. 3 weeks later he has not looked at it despite no other cars in the lot to be worked on. He was confident he could have it done within a week so I booked a flight to go pick it up. I called the day before my flight and he stated it's done but the bill is now $4115. I say that's a lot higher than you quoted, he replied it costs more. HE NEVER CALLED ME TO AUTHORIZE IT!!! His invoice had the labor correct at 5.5 hours. He charged me $2941 for the injection pump and $93 for a fuel filter. The pump is everywhere online for $1300 to $1600. I think it's fair to mark up parts and make a profit on them but this is highway robbery! Unfortunately now that he's done the work I had to pay or he puts a lien on it and I lose my truck. Josh did have to repair a rusted hole on one of the frames by welding a small cover piece. Very happy with the job they did at a very competitive price.
