Despite this I was concerned since I live 50+ miles from the property and don't have a mobile phone. I could envision the plethora of mixups that characterize today's business interactions. But, Wade came through with flying colors !!! Starting from my original interaction with Lizzy (who is a jewel !) things ran as smooth as possible. My appointment was set up and Cory arrived slightly early ! He assessed the situation, covered in detail exactly what would be done, including code upgrades that were required, and that afternoon (NOT weeks or months later) I had my quote. I was able to schedule the actual installation just a few days after and again, the personnel, Miguel and Benjamin, arrived ON TIME. More importantly, they were PREPARED ! None of this baloney about not having the right parts on the truck, etc. They figured out BEFOREHAND what they needed and had it all, ready to go. Why can't all businesses do this ?
