Despite this I was concerned since I live 50+ miles from the property and don't have a mobile phone. I could envision the plethora of mixups that characterize today's business interactions. But, Wade came through with flying colors !!! Starting from my original interaction with Lizzy (who is a jewel !) things ran as smooth as possible. My appointment was set up and Cory arrived slightly early ! He assessed the situation, covered in detail exactly what would be done, including code upgrades that were required, and that afternoon (NOT weeks or months later) I had my quote. I was able to schedule the actual installation just a few days after and again, the personnel, Miguel and Benjamin, arrived ON TIME. More importantly, they were PREPARED ! None of this baloney about not having the right parts on the truck, etc. They figured out BEFOREHAND what they needed and had it all, ready to go. Why can't all businesses do this ? They worked quickly and efficiently and had the new water heater up and running within a few hours. You can bet I'll keep their number ! Wade is the ABSOLUTE BEST !!!! They are a welcome change from many of today's businesses that just can't seem to keep things straight. THANK YOU !!!!!!!

He sent in a couple younger guys which were really nice, but they were messy in how they cut into things, there were miscommunications about materials, and the scheduling was inconsistent. Communication consisted mainly of sending invoices, and when I asked to hop on a quick call, I instead got sparse texts. They left materials around and for stuff that they messed up, they had a shoddy way of correcting it, by the time I found those things, I didn't even want to contact them to fix them because it wasn't worth the time or money (which was not cheap, and the project ballooned into double the cost). To say I was dissatisfied would be an understatement. As I'm seeing the signs all over the valley lately, I thought I'd give a fair warning to those that may bite. I rarely write reviews, and in particular, I stay away from negative ones, but this is just not ok.
