To come out for an estimate, it was $150, which would apply to the cost. I didn't notice on the estimate I received, the BTU was lower than what was being replaced by 10k BTU (original heater was 35k BTU). It was my oversight by not confirming with Max that it would be the same BTU. Lessons learned. He did explain that 35k is overkill for the area being heated....roughly 500 sqf and the lower heater BTU of 25k would last longer. The installers were neat and tidy and made sure they cleaned up the area after installation. The cost is definitely on the high side $2,200 (cost of the wall heater was $724 plus a new thermostat). It took about 2 1/2 hours to install. So labor was definitely on the high side. Hindsight, I would've gotten a couple of more estimates.

A technician was was able to come today (Wednesday). Company texted me when they were running behind, but the technician came within the two hour window. Jesus, the technician, was professional, personable, and explained the problem thoroughly. Cost was reasonable- $95 for the initial diagnostic. The total was $140 for a fuse that went out.
