RETRACTION. R: Ukiah office of Santa Rosa/Loxley Endodontics…read more. In my recent review of my disappointing visit to SR Endo. in Ukiah, I stated that the office personel were wrong about the date of my previous visit. That was my error; poor memory. My visit was, in fact one year ago, rather than several months. I stand by my previous opinion that the office staff who made my appointment were REMISS in documenting my dental needs. I had NOT requested an examination for a root-canal treatment. I had specifically said that I needed a build-up and new crown. The clinic does not provide such treatments.. R. Collin

He spoke to me on the phone about my concern and I didn't know what to do so he made some extra room to see me right away. Just top service all the way and kindness! Oh and I'm terrified of Dentists. Thanks to Dr. Johnson for helping me and making me feel comfortable and taking time out of his schedule to see me since I was so worried.

Both my wife and I have had to have extensive dental work, and we have, throughout our lives, experienced many different dentists. I do not hesitate to say that Dr. Elizabeth Ashiku is at the top of our lists both in terms of perfectionism/capability AND personality/chairside manner.

I live in Berkeley but had until recently only been unable to find a good dentist there and have…read moreinstead been seeing Dr. Elizabeth Ashiku whenever I can travel to Ukiah to see her. She is a really great, extremely reliable dentist (wonderful, hyper detail oriented, ultra ultra conscientious--and friendly and kind). Recently Dr Elizabether Ashiku did me a great service. She saved my tooth when a negligent exam from a Berkeley dentist (holly wieber) caused me to almost lose that tooth. I could tell something was off when I saw doctor weiber and so I went to get a 2nd opinion from Dr Ashiku because she's so flawlessly reliable. I sat in the dental chair for a visit that stretched to three hours as Dr Ashiku valiantly tried to clean up the mess dr wieber had left behind. She kept saying "I think we can save the tooth," and "You may have to have a root canal; lets see what we can do." She did save my tooth and after a vitality test my tooth is still okay, three months after the initial crisis. Dr Ashiku is extremely alert, informed, and conscientious. Also she makes me feel genuinely valued and liked. It's often been quite inconvenient for me to have to schedule dental appointments in Ukiah though I live in Berkeley, but I think that so long as I can travel to Ukiah, I will continue to see Dr Ashiku, even if a new dentist I found in Berk turns out to be pretty good. Dr Ashiku is about as fastidiously reliable a dentist as you will ever find. My husband recommended her to me and she's been taking excellent care of our teeth for years. If keeping your teeth is a priority for you, go see Dr Elizabeth Ashiku.

UNPREFESSIONAL! Dr…read more Clark retired a while ago and whoever bought his practice is tarnishing his reputation! I was a patient of Dr. Clarks for decades; the last time I saw Dr. Clark was in 2010; 16 years ago. I moved from Red Bluff and stopped going to Dr. Clark. Last year (2025) I received a phone call from his office asking for my address; nothing else, just me address, I thought I was going to get something in the mail about Dr. Clark's retirement. NO, I got a bill in the mail for $54.00 + interest and stating was over120 days past due. I have not been to Dr. Clark's office since 2010; over 16 years, I was never contacted (clearly they had my phone #) and NOW after 16 years they want me to pay $54.00 + interest? Absolutely NOT! 1) The Dental office never sent me a bill (I had a forwarding address on file with USPS). 2) The Dental office never called me (I had the same phone number AND they called me in 2025). But never attempted to call me in the 16 years beforehand. 3) The Dental office had 4 years to collect (from 2010 to 2014) they contacted me in 2025 - EXCEEDING the statute of limitations for collections in California.

When I finally got the nerve to call, I was able to ask questions surrounding my anxiety and immediately felt at ease. I was able to get in for an emergency appointment the following week and scheduled a 3 hour appointment for 4 weeks later to clean my teeth and fix my broken tooth. My anxiety kicked in when I arrived and sat in the parking lot. I am so thankful I went in. I have never felt so comfortable in a dental office. The entire staff is amazing, but Rosie is the absolute best! She took care of me on both appointments and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process of deep cleaning and fixing my broken tooth. I took the option of being knocked out for the procedure.
