The gun arrived at the business on a Wednesday via FedEx at 10:48 am, I received a notification that read, "Customer not available or business closed" I contacted the place and gave him a tracking number and told him it would be redelivered the following day, he said he was very sorry for the mix up and someone would be there on Thursday to accept the package. Well Thursday came and I received the same notification as I did the day before. I never heard from anyone at Thin Blue Line Armory again. I contacted the business I purchased the gun from and let them know what happened, I explained that I used this place because it was on their preferred FFL list, they told me that they too tried to contact him via telephone after the first missed delivery and couldn't get in touch with anyone. I was also told that they would remove them from their preferred FFL list. The gun had to be shipped back to the dealer it was purchased from and shipped out to another FFL. Not a good way to do business...

I contacted bear archery and they said they would help band b archery to make the repair. I told bear that band b wanted nothing to do with it so I had to send it back to bear archery. I don't know what is wrong with bandb archery, but I would expect them to provide any professional support on anything related to archery. The lot this business is on is really nice because they have tons of display models of yard sheds and kids playgrounds. I was on the market for a shed so that's really where I focused my attention when I visited. Seeing so many options on display was super helpful and the sales guy was really great at helping determine what was best for my needs and price. If you compare this place to Home Depot or other big box stores as I did you may or may not be turned off by prices but I will say for the prices this place had I'm happy with the quality of the shed I purchased. They back their products with a really nice warranty and my shed was delivered pre-built so they didn't have to build it on site at my home so it made delivery and setup really seamless. Often times the saying, "You get what you pay for" really rings true and I feel I got a quality product from this place. My entire experience was pretty flawless with the only very minor thing I didn't like was the attitude of the delivery guys. They weren't blatantly rude or nasty but after placing the shed they asked me to confirm if the location was where I originally wanted it and while it was the spot, it was a tad far from my backyard fence. When I politely asked if they could be so kind to move it back a tad closer to the fence (they still had stuff underneath shed to make that an easy move) the guy seemed very annoyed. Again, he wasn't verbally rude about it but his body language & facial expression was clearly that of someone annoyed. I had every intention of giving the guys a 20 spot tip for the effort but after the attitude I opted to buy a case of beer for myself and damn that was some good beer! Overall though, I definitely would recommend this place in a heartbeat. You will get a great sales experience at the sales lot and you will be happy with the overall quality of the shed you buy. My shed feels like it's super solid and built very well.
