Porsha will treat your child like one of their own children, and treat you like a long-time friend. It's a collaborative environment, in which teachers work with each child's strengths and weaknesses, then communicate ideas and solutions to the parent. The teachers always start the day with a plan but understand the importance of pivoting when something isn't working for an individual or the class.  Children are given a safe place to play and are encouraged to get messy. Sometimes a spontaneous dance party is exactly what the children need.
