I asked how I have a balance when they reschedule my appointment due to the lady who cleans my teeth was sick. Dr Gallagher who was standing behind the counter yells toward me calling me a liar saying that he watched his his wife mail out the bill and if I didn't have the money to pay, he was going to send it to collections. I kept my composure and asked the front lady when I have never paid for services. I then paid the $68 and left the doctor the office. Who wants to be talked to and belittled and then sit in a chair and trust him to clean of fill your teeth. Gallagher needs to learn how to talk to people I feel sorry for his wife and staff. Visiting Dr. Mayerchak's office was my worst nightmare. I had an awful tooth ache so I went to her…read moreoffice for an appointment, she told me that I needed to get a root canal done. I followed her advice and proceeded to get a root the procedure done (which only took her eight whole minutes) I was so surprised because I have gotten root canals in the past and never have they been so fast! I headed home with a swollen and pain throbbing mouth, this lasted a week. I called many times and they just told me to take some more antibiotics, It didn't change anything so I decided to visit a different dentist to ask them for second opinion . other Dr said that I should not have gotten a root canal because my tooth was already moving so much. I should have gotten implant instead. That tooth had no crown and only the root, so Dr. Mayerchak gave me the wrong advice. I then went to Dr. Mayerchak and told her about what I found out, she was unhappy with that. I explained this to the manager, and she promised me a full refund, however they still not wish to refund me money. I spent $745.00 for the root canal and they also charged me another $145.00 for pulling same tooth.I cannot trust this clinic anymore, I need to find another more qualified dentist to take care of my dental care.
