And we're yelpers, right so obviously scheduling online is better than calling. Joe (the inspector) is also responsive over e-mail, which I found some inspectors are not. So that's a plus too. Joe was friendly, courteous and professional. It was $350 for a 1 br 600 sq ft condo. Joe arrived a few minutes early (also a plus) and the whole thing lasted a little over an hour. We spent a good chunk of the time in the basement. The only thing possibly bad I can really say is that he didn't use any sort of tools to check for moisture behind the walls (which I've heard some inspectors do), but I'm not sure if that matters. Overall, he was very open to any questions and did a good job explaining things. I received my report a few days later. It was as expected. This was my first home inspection, so I don't have anything to compare it to...it seemed good - 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 because I really can't say if he's better or worse than others.
