We popped in for a quick drink to start off the day proper in Vegas! Bartender was sweet and kept up no problem with the crowded bar. I tried the drink of the month which was a bourbon with honey and I loved it, so smooth I could have sat and sipped those all day but unfortunately I had a full day of drinking ahead and had to move on! He had the Bloody Mary and said it was fabulous. They have tons of seating, both inside and out. Definitely a spot we'll be back to when in Vegas

What a great find! Warm and inviting irish bar with tons of seating inside and out! Bartenders were always friendly and attentive. Great happy hour specials, especially the bloody mary- probably the best I ever had! The food didn't have great reviews online but everything I saw come out of the kitchen looked amazing.

My life is like Hennessy: best served after a good time Can't go wrong with a good time visiting Hennessy's on Fremont . Sometimes where the jokes on you.

We kind of knew what to expect going into Hennessy's Tavern, solid, standard bar food in the middle of all the Fremont Street action. We tried the nachos, which were decent... not bland, but not super bold either. The French fry sampler was the real win though! It came with three different flavored fries and three dipping sauces, which made for a really fun and tasty appetizer with good variety. If you're looking for classic tavern food, this place delivers exactly that, it's not trying to be anything fancy, but it's satisfying. The service was great, our server was super attentive, kept my soda refilled without me asking, and my partner really enjoyed her spicy margarita, which actually packed good flavor. Also, the patio seating is perfect for people-watching on Fremont Street which was definitely a highlight. Would come back if we're in the area and just want a chill, quick bite with a great view of the street scene.

Located on the famous Fremont Street, you have the choice to sit inside or out on the patio. We ordered the fish and Chips and a Patty Melt. Both meals were cooked perfectly. The food was very good. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. I wish the area around it was a little cleaner, but it's Fremont Street. I would go back next time I am in the area.

We were on vacation in Las Vegas and wanted to check out Fremont Street. We had to use a bathroom and we couldn't find a public one, so we decided to stop in Hennessey's Tavern to grab a quick drink and use their facilities. We sat outside on the patio and ordered two Irish Coffees. Now, I can't speak for the food, but the Irish Coffees were really terrible. The worst we've had!

Stopped into this Irish pub and grabbed a table outside -- perfect spot for people-watching. The atmosphere had that laid-back charm that makes you want to linger over a pint. I ordered a large beer and the shepherd's pie, which was hearty, flavorful, and just the kind of comfort food you'd expect from a proper pub. Our waitress was absolutely lovely -- warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.

Left the hotel went for a walk and found this place on Fremont street. Asia's was my server and the service was great. Having fried brussels sprouts and cauliflower with a balsamic vinaigrette and bacon for the warm up, Sheppards pie for dinner. Very very good. I'm book marking this place.

Great place for a casual dinner after exploring Fremont street! The food was delicious and our waitress provided a quick service!

Great spot on Fremont that serves up some excellent burgers, wings and drinks! Our service was spectacular as we dined in the outdoor/streetside area. The outdoor dining includes all the people watching you can handle at no extra charge. Excellent pricing, service and food easily earns 5 stars all the way for Hennessy's!

Every drink I've had here has been great. I love to taste a variety of whiskies. If you order the Irish coffee, note it is served with hot coffee if that if your thing. They have happy hour (half off certain appetizers) every day of the week between 3-6pm. All of the food has been good. I have tried several dishes now. The Irish breakfast is very good. It is a decent size, you can share it with someone. It is pretty authentic. Looking to try blood pudding? No need to travel across the ocean, this pub has it and it tastes good (I travel to Ireland often). The homemade potato soup is quite tasty if you're looking for something warm. Whenever I come here with a group, we order the nachos. It is huge, and it is so good. The homemade crisps (chips) and gravy are super tasty if youre a gravy person (which I am). The Irish stew is quite good. Same with the shepherds pie. The fish and chips are also tasty. Ive ordered this multiple times and it never disappoints. The fish is a good size. I really like the beer batter on the fish. We have never been disappointed with our food. Go early to beat the crowds and take advantage of their happy hour. They also have sports games playing. Oh yeah - one side of the building has some casino games and a bar, the other side has the restaurant and a bar AA well. There is also some type of banquet room (i haven't asked about that), but I bet you can reserve it for a larger party. Great spot.

The inside of this placed is cool, the decor is funky and a little eclectic. Church pews for some seating, various different shapes and colors of hanging lights, industrial metal accents, it all comes together to make a pretty rad looking place. Upon looking at the menu, we were presented with an almost overwhelming number of possible options, but after some tips from our waitress, we placed our order. My mom got their "traditional" beef pasty and I opted for the lamb vindaloo. Both of them knocked it out of the park. The pasty crust was cooked perfectly, it was fluffy with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. I was nervous if a place centered around british hand pies could pull off a proper vindaloo, but it was honestly really good, very happy! Overall very happy with our experience, would definitely come back!

Basically, not a single bad bite. My only complaint was the service at the beginning. We walked in and stood there for about 3-5 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging us. I could see staff busy in the kitchen/prepping, which is totally fine, but even a quick "we'll be with you shortly" or even "hi" would've gone a long way. It felt a little awkward and unwelcoming at first because it was just dead silent. That said, once we were seated, everything was smooth and service was friendly I'd still happily come back next Vegas trip!

I am an active player sometimes I win, break even or lose however as of recently I've had issues getting my food and drink comped I almost always order from the player menu and many times I have to remind the bartender to take the discount off the bill. Today was the worst example of this I had 3 drinks within the space of 40 minutes or so with active play I just so happened to break even in this time and I had a meal from the players menu. The bartender Juan while friendly and attentive gave me a bill with no drinks comped and full price on the players menu when I asked him about this and tried to get the drinks taken off he told me it worked like every other bar that I had to play $1 or more a hand and lose $20 per drink but I broke even so they aren't comped. Well that's not how any other bar works in all my time playing at various bars including this one my drinks have been comped whether I win or lose and I've always played 1.25 a hand or more so this was perplexing that not a single drink I ordered was covered after almost an hour of continuous play. I eventually got him to at least give me the players discount but still paid for every single drink. Perhaps I had too many drinks within the time frame but I should have at least had one of them comped I've never run into a bar that doesn't comp drinks for play it's just so standard but if this is the new policy of the Tavern I will find someplace else to gamble. Getting drinks comped is the bare minimum of a gaming bar if their policy has changed it is no longer worth it to visit and I would recommend any of the many competitors to this bar just for this factor alone. I'm assuming it is the bartenders discretion in which case I've never had an issue with Ted this is my first time seeing the other bartender Juan I will not be returning when he is there.

The pretzel also didn't clearly indicate that the beer cheese was an extra charge, and there was an additional "house charge" added to the bill as well. The food itself was decent, but the overall experience became uncomfortable after payment when the tip amount was questioned. Between the pricing and the extra fees, the experience just didn't feel worth the cost.
