I was in the area and saw the henna sign and decided to drop in and see if they could do what I was wanting. I explained to the lady that I wanted my eyebrows done in henna but I didn't want black. I kept saying I did not want black and the lady said she understood and that she was a professional and knew what she was doing. I sat back in her chair and she proceeded to do my eyebrows and when I initially looked at them they were BLACK and thin. She said they were black because they were wet but the actual color would be lighter and that she would fix the thinness that I was complaining about. Needless to say she worked on it and at when she finished it was still too thin for my liking and they were uneven but at this point I was just ready to be done. Usually when I get my eyebrows done they have me wait and then they clean the henna off my face. This place sent me out the door as they were done with me. I got home and washed my face and I was disappointed because the look I was wanting was not this. This looks like it's already days old and isn't going to last beyond a week at best. I can say that I didn't pay a lot so it is what it is but whereas I was ready to get other services at this time I think I'll pass on future services. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this business. When I first walked in, I noticed employees laughing at me, which immediately made me uncomfortable. After waiting patiently to get my eyebrows done, I went to the lady with glasses wearing a green shirt. She was very rude. I observed that she took her time with clients who were either lighter-skinned or of her own race, yet when it came to me, a Black woman, she rushed through my service. The results on my eyebrows showed no real difference, and I asked her to stop so I could go to another employee, both women looked at each other, spoke in their language, and started laughing. This experience left me feeling discriminated against and disrespected. Unfortunately, this has not been the first time I've noticed this kind of treatment toward Black women at this business over the past few years. When I called afterward to ask for the employee's name, I was not given a clear answer--only the name "Heena." Because of this ongoing pattern of poor treatment and clear bias, I will not be returning, and I encourage others not to support this business. I absolutely love this place! I usually get my eyebrows done and it's always on point. I prefer going to Rahaf. She listens to me and knows exactly how I want my eyebrows. Well I went 3 years ago and it was my first time getting henna eyebrows this time I went on Friday and eyebrows and eyelashes well once I got home the lashes dried and was hard and started to hurt a lil the next Morning I realized they were glued to my skin and not my lashes and it was to early to call are go back they was closed she was faster then ever and I realized fast ain't always good because I wasted $25 $10 on brows my brows was uneven Never Will return read more

You cannot beat the $4 eyebrow threading. While maybe this place isn't the most luxurious, it is a good option for eyebrow threading. I highly recommend requesting Rahaf! She seems to be the best threader this place has and actually listens to what you requested. She has a very gentle hand so is not so harsh when threading and has good patience. The only down side is she is only available weekends. While the other threader do deliver a decent job, they tend to be more rough and I find that my eyebrows don't look as amazing as when Rahaf does them. As well, some of them talk to each other while doing your eyebrows and gives the impression that they're not fully engaged in delivering a good job. Front desk people (guy and lady) can come off as rude too. This place isn't the most well kept, but it fulfills it purpose. read more

I came here a couple of times and I thought I found a new place to go to for my hair removal needs. I loved it . But it turns out only the owner is good at removing hair and shaping eyebrows this last time I came and unlicensed person ( daughter of a worker here ) was allowed to attempt to wax my upper lip and failed . When the actual worker came out she proceeded to go over and over my lip with wax . After I explicitly told them my skin was sensitive and would blister up if multiple exposures to wax occurred. Not only did they mess up my lip they send out my eyebrows excessively, when I told them I needed them thicker. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN , and you shouldn't either. read more

My eyebrows look like they are on two different people and the little girl doing my eyebrows assumed what I wanted to be done to them and then had to "match" the second eyebrow to the already messed up one.
