If I could give a lower rating I would. I had a home renovation project where Henley was the window, door, stair and millwork supplier. Suffice it to say that they were TERRIBLE when it came to delivering on what they promised. They would CONSTANTLY say product would arrive on a day and when that day came around they would call and say it was not going to arrive. And then many times when it did arrive very late, it was the complete WRONG door or stair parts. I get normal delays and a mistake here and there--that is just the construction process, but here the salesperson (Carter) just straight up lied about things and whenever there was a mistake he ALWAYS blamed someone else, it was never his responsibility or fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING because they DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD and your project will be delayed, cost a fortune, and you will end up pretty pissed off. read more

Based on the response I received and the conversations that I had with Jared, I would now give them 5 stars and I absolutely will use them the next time I have any issues for which they are experts. Our house has been built for one year and we've had problems with our double door for a while and the left slide front is coming away and splitting. We were told that the warranty is only one year from builder installation and that they won't cover the door because "we broke it". They refused to come out and actually look at it. Our 3 neighbors also have had the same issue and Henley refuses to do anything. It seems like a manufacturer defect but they insist that we've all broken our doors and place blame on the owner rather than provide any customer service at all. read more

Do not do business with this company! I have been waiting for almost a year for my front door for my new wheelchair accessible home! My other doors came within a few months BUT they said they can't do what I ordered! Why let me order them then? Horrible customer service and attitudes! read more

I see that they have a couple one star reviews but I think they are turning things around at Henley! Alton with Henley gave us such a wow experience today I was blown away. We damaged a threshold on a customer's door while doing repairs at a customer's home. The original builder informed us that the door came from Henley. We reached out, got immediate assistance, were told the parts are available, and that they would deliver them FOR FREE! I am saying the part(s) and the delivery, all free. I feel guilty even accepting so the least I could do is write a few reviews (they didn't ask me to or mention it). I hope this gets viewed by a lot of people in the coming years because this just isn't common. They did sell the original door but in no way needed to do this. I would say this business is worth trying and they have a lifelong customer is me regardless of the distance. I am the type who orders a burger and expects to be served a chicken sandwich. I then eat that chicken sandwich without saying a word and am thankful for the food. With that said, this was a true remarkable experience. I went in to get some dead bolt locks and talk to someone about getting an estimate for replacing the windows on my house. I was greeted by a friendly young lady that asked if she could help me. When I told her about the locks she took me right to them and said she would have Larry come over & help me. I heard him with another customer. Fine, I don't mind waiting my turn, so I continue to look thinking I might can find what I need. He finished with his customer and came back round and said I will be with you in just a minute. I heard him making a key or something and someone else walks up to the counter and ask him a question. He tells them he will be right back & went to register. He then comes back to the man that just asked the question and says what can I help you with. Then I hear him say "Oh. I forgot about her. Oh well. Go ahead" and he continues to help the man. I don't mind waiting my turn, but when it's my turn and I get skipped so you can help someone that just walked up, that ticks me off. I'll take my lock and window business somewhere else. read more
