Stay away. I were awaiting my glasses for 2month only to find out that lenses in the lab they placed the order in are on back ordrer. I were checking with them every week, but getting all sorts of stories, including "problems with my insurance". Everything but truth. Still don't have my glasses. If it would be an option, I would rate them at minus five stars. Now they finally placed the order in the different lab, but didn't not bother to renew insurance claim. Endless bullshit. I've been a customer for several years and really see no reason to change that. The employees here are helpful and knowledgeable. I also like the fact that I was able to exchange a pair of glasses a few months after purchasing without any hassle or additional fee. (My prescription sunglasses had a slight defect - not hendrix vision centers fault by any means) They stand behind their products. I admire that. They went above and beyond. Making phone calls to our insurance provider,opening multiple glass cases and such...can't ask for too much more right ? Btw : ask about current discounts. Absolutely the LAST PLACE you should go. From shoddy business practices - like quoting one price, then charging another when picking your purchase up, to selling products of questionable quantity - the store is to be avoided. Staff is rude, inattentive, and incompetent. Wait times are horrendous, product selection is tacky and of questionable origin - supposedly Cartier sunglasses had corroded hinges after 4 months of wear. Good luck if you have a problem - the store does not stand behind the products they sell and will attempt to nickel and dime you every step of the way. Not to mention charging you for premium lenses, but giving you cheaper lenses thinking you won't notice. Buyer be ware... and stay away from them. read more

They gave a timeframe of 5 working days and got my glasses after 2months, yes i said 2months,had to visit them 4 times,they never appology for the delay,The only reply they give is "you have to wait" The reason they gave is, they ordered but there reseller had issue sending it to them, when informed to cancel, they give a form but we lose the $40 which i paid to them. read more
