I am a retired professional mechanical engineers and I came to know Hendrix Machinery 8 years ago when I had a riding lawn mower that needed service and although I did not buy the mower from Hendrix, they were kind enough to pick up my mower from the nearest Lowes parking lot, fix it and return it in less than a week with no charge to me. This occurred several times until the warranty ran out and the mower was still not reliable, too many components were made in China and inferior. Having seen Kubota tractors at Hendrix, I negotiated the purchase of a "complete system" tractor, back hoe, bucket loader, mowing deck and trailer, all of which they delivered on time as promised. My reason for this was that my wife and I were about build a hurricane resistant home and planned to do most of the work. 8 years later, only 1 minor problem with the adjustment of the clutch switch. I traded the old riding mower, for a Kubota Zero turn from Hendrix and was very happy with the trade and price. Since then my daughter and son in law have purchased a tractor system similar to mine because Hendrix price was better than anything they could find in NC and SC.Several contractors and friends have seen my tractor and purchased similar machines from Hendrix over the last 4 years. As a professional engineer I don't expect any favors from my suppliers but I do insist on receiving every penny's worth materials and service for which I am entitled, Hendrix has always delivered Best Price and world class service on their equipment. Their whole staff goes above and beyond normal requirements for parts and service and arranges delivery to my home which saves me time and cost not having to go to Pooler for routine spares, blades, filters etc.
