The office staff was professional and super knowledgeable as well. When I had first called to inquire about Doctor Shiflet's techniques the woman I spoke with not only had worked there for 10 years but she was so kind! She said he did manual / hands on manipulation, diversified, & upper cervical which is exactly what I was looking for! Other chiropractic offices I had called seemed not to consider my questions about the Chiro's treatment style or even knew how to answer them! Everyone here is top notch.
