It's a Muscle Stimulator for Pain Relief Therapy, Electronic Pulse Muscle Massager! It was we're leaving the pain I had and after Dr. Hoyt adjusted my knee. He used a hand electric probe to adjust the knee. I did a follow up on Monday and was able to bend it again! I come in for maintenance adjustments on my back, neck, and wrist! I also will come in if I have sinus pain, tension headaches, or overall aches. I'm a true believer in Chiropractors as I feel so much better, than when I come in! A few days later I went for my follow up appointment to go over x-rays. I knew being in a few car accidents (none my fault) would show on the x-rays. Dr. Jenkins came up with two options for my wellness plan. Since he is out of network for my insurance, I would be a cash paying patient. It isn't in my budget right now but I will be back when it is. Since my wellness plan needs 36 visits to correct what years of cheerleading & car accident caused. Dr. Valerie, in particular, is excellent and truly skilled at what she does. Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing. I was seen by Dr. Curtis, and the adjustment was the least effective I've ever had in over 45 years of chiropractic care. It felt like the strength, technique, and enthusiasm just weren't there, and I left feeling like I paid for a service I didn't actually receive. It might be time for him to retire. Overall, this location remains a good choice -- I've had consistently positive experiences with other doctors -- but I will personally avoid Dr. Curtis in the future. I suggest you do the same.

Sounds sketchy and I will not be calling back a third time. If the business is this unprofessional over the phone I hardly want to trust the people with my spine.
